I went to integrity Auto Care as referral from a friend. I had a continuous issue with my car for over 2 years that other auto companies could not figure out and ended up paying lots of money for it. I knew I needed brakes for my car. However, since I am not a car mechanic I get fearful going to a mechanic because of the clear fact that I'm a woman. I always feel like mechanics will try to upsell more. They looked at my car and were completely honest!! My rear brakes were needing to be replaced right then and there. However, the mechanic told me my front brakes I could wait another 3 to 5 months depending on how I drive. I had all the brakes replaced right then and there. Honesty is the best policy! read more

I took my 1996 Mazda Miata in for a radiator flush. I chose them because a driver I had for a several limo trips to Boulder highly recommended them. I while they were inspecting the radiator they discovered a crack in the radiator. I asked for the price to replace the broken radiator and was stunned with the affordability of the quote. They fixed it with lightning speed while I waited in the most comfortable waiting rooms I had ever encountered. Integrity is very aptly named. I'll be back to see them whenever the need arises. Will never be going here again. I was told my whole radiator needed replaced, along with all the hoses and water pump and everything that goes with that and was quoted $1700 and told it would take a day and a half to fix. I left and took it to another shop & they did a pressure test on the radiator and said it has ZERO LEAKS FROM THE RADIATOR and all that needed replaced was the water pump, upper and lower hose & thermostat!!!!!!!! It should be called No-Integrity Auto. This is the second time they have tried to screw me over. Never again, you lost my trust. Not to mention the guy who opened the shop told me "Yeah I can take a look at it first thing this morning" and never once told me there would be a $117 diagnostic fee first or I would've said no thanks. It took integrity at least an hour to come up with all this bs and took the other place 20 minutes to tell it wasn't the radiator. I'll be disputing this charge for $117 unless they refund me because there was 0 mention of a diagnostic fee. read more

The Best! Period! I never leave reviews but felt I should simply to pay it forward. I was in a bind. In the middle of a road trip back to California. Leaving Denver I started hearing a knocking noise under my car and was contemplating driving home to CA before getting it checked out. Thank god I didn't. After calling a handful of places it was Mark that answered my call with care so I decided to go with them. I am so happy I did. After just an hour they showed me the issue that could have turned ugly if I didn't take it to a shop. The technician (Stock) was invested in taking great care of me and took care of the issue. I am not from Colorado just visiting and had to take a shot in the dark that this shop would make sure that me and my kids were safe for our long trip home. They took the time to raise the car up on a lift and look at breaks , check my tires, and top off fluids, do any oil change and let me feel secure that i was ready to hit the road! Brought my 2011 Subaru Outback to Integrity because it was having problems starting. Within an hour they figured it was the battery, which was such a relief! When he told me that bill was going to be a little over $300, I was taken back. After hearing my concern with the price, especially finding out the battery was only $180, they took off the diagnostic fee, and charged me the price of the battery. I took my truck here for the first time in March 2021 for a general 5,000-mile service. The service was under 1 hour and I felt the staff was genuinely honest with me about the needs of my vehicle. They conducted a full inspection, changed my oil, and rotated my tires. I enjoyed my time waiting and chatting with other staff members. First of all, GREAT service. I came in for an oil change on my VW which unfortunately is one of those that requires fancy oil and gas so I was expecting to spend a ton of money on an oil change. Totally not the case. They also made sure that the car was in good working condition without trying to upsell or offer unnecessary services which is golden. This was my first time visiting Integrity, and I had a good experience with them. Friendly, didn't have to wait long, got a ride back to my home, and cost was reasonable. I found them from conducting a search on the web for top mechanics here in the Springs, and they were on this list. I plan to try them again. The only negative is that their location (not the best part of town), and when you first drive up to their shop, it looks small and in need of some repairs. Not only did I get it back three days before they said it would be finished but they also noticed a part in my car that didn't belong and replaced it with the right part with no extra charge! I highly recommend Integrity Auto Care. My windshield wiper fluid line came unhooked below my dashboard and was leaking all over my shoes and floorboards and didn't stop for awhile. I called several places and they said they couldn't look at it until next week and I even took it to Firestone and the service tech said he knows the issue and would have to rip the whole line out and it might take a few hours at $120 an hour! I tried to show him what the issue was but he didn't want to see. I called Integrity and JB told me to come in. He and Dave were so nice. They looked at it and said it was a simple fix. Fixed it within 30 minutes and did a full multipoint inspection on the car and made sure everything else was fine. Their name (Integrity) says it all. That is for sure. I took my car here for a diagnosis. When I walked in there was an older man leaning against the counter he looked like he was about to fall asleep there were 2 younger guys sitting behind the counter eating. The one guy(I think his name was Dave) was very rude he acted like I was an inconvenience he said someone would help me shortly. I stood there in the door way feeling very uncomfortable waiting to be helped while 3 employees basically ignore me. After about a minute and a half a guy came from the back looking how a mechanic should look not like the 2 extremely clean lazy guys sitting behind the counter and the other one sleep against the counter he was extremely nice and helpful his name was Jeff he came right out and helped me and let me know what needed to be done right now and what could wait awhile longer. If Jeff was the only customer service I had here I would give this place 100 stars if I could but I'm giving them 2 because the horrible experience before Jeff. If i do return here I would only every deal with Jeff. read more
