We gave the guy the benefit of the doubt but when confronted about why he kept canceling day after day, month after month he proceeded to yell about how we were bothering him. He only came to our house after we called the police. Chadd's response was "good luck finding someone to do the job " now we're going to court to reclaim our down payment. They prepared a day ahead of time and started right at 7:30 am as we planned. They worked a full and busy 12 hour day and got our condo done by 1:00 the next day. The team worked like clockwork together. Everyone had a job and they really did a professional job. When my 97 year-old Dad needed to leave for a dental appointment three of the men saw him and instantly cleared a path so he could get through to the car using his walker. They were respectful and friendly. I am so glad the Condo Association chose them. The condos look beautiful and everything has been cleaned up as if they'd never been there! The product was a powered awning, 20 feet in length and had to be lifted four floors by crane. Installation had some snags that were not the fault of AWS, but a result of odd construction at our townhome. Terry worked hard to create a one of a kind workaround that looked better than our original plans. Terry worked to train us and provide quick responses when we had follow up questions. The product is amazing and has a huge warranty and is extremely well-built. I would highly recommend AWS!
