Most of the time I felt nothing other than the head of the laser device gliding across the skin. Whatever machine they are using, it's clearly top of the line. And the price was quite reasonable compared to the other salons I contacted. Some of the quotes I received were downright absurd. Juan was very down to earth and reasonable. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience.
