I've been a patient here for years and have always been polite, even after missing months between visits. Unfortunately, the front office staff the entire staff to be clear. consistently comes across as cold, unfriendly, and uninterested in treating patients with basic courtesy. Before leaving for vacation, I was told to arrive before 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:59, only to be told the provider had stopped seeing patients--even though she was still in the office. After rushing there and rearranging my day, I left with nothing. I then drove an hour to the Robinson office, where the experience became even worse. Instead of simply verifying my paperwork, staff questioned my medications, contacted my primary care physician, and even suggested I should be on Xanax--completely inappropriate and outside the reason for my visit. My blood pressure was understandably elevated after being bounced around and treated like I had done something wrong. The lack of professionalism, respect for patient privacy, and basic compassion was shocking. My PCP had already cleared my medications, yet I was treated with suspicion and judgment over a cash-pay weight-loss prescription. This practice feels more focused on collecting cash and getting out as fast as they can. than providing care. A little kindness and common sense would have gone a long way. Have been going to the one in Morgantown for past few months - Love the product, but after last appointment will not be returning - first off they gave me the wrong medicine - I didn't even think to check it but got home and realized that it wasn't same color and looked at the bag and they gave me semiglutide instead of the tirzepatide... I haven't checked to see if there would have been any issues if I had taken it instead. I called and they had me drive it back over and took the bag back in to them - gave me the right thing and charged me the rest for what my right medicine and dosage was. I got home and took it out of the bag and all of the syringes had big bubbles at the top of them. They were all at least .5-1mg short of the script. I called and they told me to email photos - I got a phone call back and they said their manager told them - I get no refund or change because when they left they were fine and once I leave it's my problem. I didn't ask for a refund or new ones I just asked why they would be short that much and to make sure I had the right amount. I asked the girl if she was blaming me for doing that and she said its not their problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. I won't be back. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but that was uncalled for. Highly recommend checking your syringes before you leave. Make sure you get the right thing and they actually fill them up to what you're paying for. UPDATE: - I asked for a manager to call me back to chat about what happened last week. I received an email this morning (after being told all last week the manager was on vacation) that I'm no longer welcome there. This came from the manager. Again no phone call - no communication about the issue. I had already switched to a new online company that has amazing reviews. I paid over $480 for HCG and was told I could lose 10% of weight in 30 days. I followed diet strictly weighing foods, counting calories, carbs, fat, protein. I was told 600 calories & 50 carbohydrates Started at 141.8 pds and ended at 133.8 pds. Only 8 pounds which is 5.6% so results are only half of what I was told. I had high expectations going in from all of the 5 star google reviews. I imagined that I would go in, get weighed and go over my goals and then be set up with a recommendation and a care plan. I will say the medical assistant was very nice and I probably got more out of her than the actual PA. The MA saw me first, got my height, asked some questions and we chit chatted about her weight loss journey. Then she took me back to the physicians assistant. The PA was sitting behind a desk and didn't get up to greet me or introduce herself and I honestly can't even remember her name. Not the best bedside manner, but I gave it a pass. Then they have chairs set up against the wall about 10 feet away from the PA's desk so it feels super impersonal. I figured maybe they're still scared of covid so I didn't think too much of it, but then she went through her checklist of yes and no medical questions and immediately started talking about options and prices and asked me what I wanted to be on. We didn't discuss my goals or previous weight loss challenges or really anything at all. It was a very transactional conversation. Luckily I had done a lot of research before I got there and already knew which path I wanted to take. She pulled the pills out of her desk drawer and told me to reference the product sheet for more information. Then she gave me some syringes to take home of some vitamin shots and a generic meal plan telling me to eat 1000 calories a day and to do intermittent fasting. I paid and left but didn't have a warm and fuzzy feeling. Then when I got home I was going to administer my shot and I realized that 1 of the 4 syringes was about .25 short in the measurement. Not the end of the world because it's just a vitamin, but what is concerning to me is that an organization that is acting as its own pharmacy wouldn't be exact with their measurements. It made me question what else they were slacking on. Could it be cleanliness? Did I receive the correct medicine type? Overall, I got what I went in for, which was weight loss medication. I'll see how it works and I may or may not go back if I need more. Shady!! Don't fall for their lies! I was interested in getting on ozempic & after looking into it it's so obvious what this place is trying to do. They are using bootleg shady weight loss medication to trick people into thinking they are going on wegovy/ ozempic meanwhile they are getting black market medication that isn't even FDA approved & adding B12 & other things to it to be able to say it is approved. All they care about is pill pushing. She went straight to the most expensive "program" after only weighing me and checking my blood pressure. No further testing. Was promised a 16 lb. loss in a month, but lost only 5 lbs. of water which I could've done for free. Follow-up visit was a joke because the young woman gave me a shot that I wasn't supposed to get! During a future visit (my 3rd & last), the woman wasn't interested in my meager results, only pushing more pills. I walked out. Save yourself $350. read more
