People must me masked and they temperature check you before you are allowed in. The pedicure area is two stations and small and cozy. They do have the plastic shield in place between you and the technician. They really take their time in every step and it is very relaxing. My gel Polish lasted three weeks and my pedicure was still in good shape over six weeks later. I'm convinced that is because of the amount of time they take on each client. The one downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment. I was using a Groupon, so I think that made a difference, but it was over a month from when I called before they had their first available mani/pedi appointment.

After waiting over an hour in the waiting room the doctor spent no more than five minutes with me and seemed really bothered when I started to ask questions. He then told me that a nurse would be in to answer everything and quickly left the room. I decided to leave right behind him. When I mentioned my experience to a few people at work, one of my co-workers told me about Dr. Happel. After viewing his website, I decided to make an appointment. As soon as I walked into his office I knew things would be different than the previous doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Happel. After the examination, I was not rushed out of the office. He really took his time answering all my questions and put my mind at ease. Once I decided to have the procedure done to remove the problem veins, his office handled the insurance work. The actual operation was very quick and I was home a few hours later. Before the operation Dr. Happel said the incision would be small. When I finally saw it, the first thing I thought was I had paper cuts that were bigger! It's been several weeks and the pain I had is complete gone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Happel. She let me know that she doesn't "feel comfortable doing something (I) might regret" and that I might want... hair plugs or a transplant??? Are you serious??? It's my body. My choice. I don't tell others how to live their lives or what to do with their bodies, and this was one of the most ridiculous interactions I've had with another person in years. I'm sure if you want a bikini line or your armpits lazered, she'd have no problem--but a guy who's researched, wanted, spent time and gas money to get there? Nah--he's probably an idiot and incapable of making a choice like that for himself. Thank goodness she saved me from myself. Unrelated, the receptionist is lovely. I went to the Bethel Park location and worked with Tina, who is fabulous, until I maxed out their laser. Then I was sent to their other location in Cranberry. My tattoo was small and had some light color (pink & orange). Tina was great and went over everything with me about the procedure before she started. She offered numbing cream but it wasn't needed because my tattoo was so small and treatments took less than a minute. Did it hurt? Yes! Was it worth it? Absolutely! I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It did take several treatments over about a year and a half time span. Best advice I can give is to be patient. Laser tattoo removal takes time and the more color you have/the bigger your tattoo, the longer it may take. Colored tattoos are stubborn and take longer to fade. My finger looks great. You can't even tell I had a tattoo there anymore. I definitely recommend Body Beautiful for laser tattoo removal and would go back if I had others I wanted to remove.
