I signed up for a package that was $299 because their website said the weekend was "open to the public". The day of - they had a sign to the left of the front door and on the door to the studio that said it was "Closed to the Public". I just escalated it to an appeal on Paypal sending screenshots showing that on their Twitter and Facebook it still even says Teachers only (I'm not a teacher) and the shot of the flyer on the glass of the front door saying "Closed to the Public", a screenshot of her website that said "Open to the Public" as well as a screenshot of an email I sent her immediately at 8:07 in the morning showing she lied about when I contacted her to paypal.

They are all super friendly, body positive, and open to all kinds of folk who walk through the door. I have taken classes with people of all ages, sizes, and strength/ability. The instructors take extra care to make sure everyone gets the attention they need to master the right moves and they all owe it to Terri for training them. Some of the instructors are professional dancers while for others it's a hobby, but they are all talented and lovely people. I've improved so much and after trying other studios in the area, this is my ultimate favorite.

Yes - I was convinced by a couple of friends that attend classes here to give it a shot. The regular hot yoga classes are 90 minutes long, but they also have express Bikram yoga classes (60 minutes) for those with less time available. Several other yoga varieties are also offered and the schedule is kept up to date online. Pay online for a single class? Yes. ($14) Pay up front for a block of classes? Indeed. There are a bunch of different packages available including unlimited annual classes or a single month unlimited. Mat and towel rentals are available as well. The website is GREAT. Easy to navigate to figure out which classes will work for your schedule along with instructor information. The staff that I came in contact with were fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable and inspiring. The facility is clean, quiet and welcoming. If you've never tried hot yoga before - it's challenging but still suitable for beginners. Make sure you're well hydrated prior to class. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and plenty of water. Wear the minimum amount of clothes that you feel comfortable with. There are shower facilities if you need them. Looking forward to going back for more.

It felt very friendly and welcoming. The class I took today with Aaron was a bit disappointing. He walks around the studio back and forth a lot, talks very fast with some mumbling, and did not do any demonstration of the movement. The one I went to was "all level's vinyasa." I tried it for 15 minutes and it wasn't working for me, I told him that. He said he walks around to check the room, and suggested me to move my mat closer to another student and asked me "not to interrupt again." Honestly moving closer to another student might have helped but my mood was ruined so I left. I was looking forward to class with Aaron as I saw some positive reviews online, and it was truly disappointing.
