Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new! No offer of discount even so that I can repurchase same gift! The order never made it and all she said is that it works well with DoorDash and they have ordered this way for years! I won't go here as there is no accountability. I didn't even ask she provide another but just wanted to let her know that info needs to be on the card and clearly she is more about the money than the gift of being an accountable business owner and doesn't Ask for the missing info when door dash fails to provide.
