I got greeted immediately coming in the door and they were ready to jump on a coffee order if I wanted some, I was just there for the raw Milk today now the cooler with the raw milk has changed a little bit there used to be all kinds of other different items like I got some elderberry syrup there that was good for coughs cold and flu season and they didn't have that anymore. Maybe it didn't really sell well and they had to go with sodas which always sell wonderfully because people are addicted to sugar inside is quaint and is a good place to hang out it's nice and quiet in there in the morning on a weekday, it was Friday. I saw some people showing up as I was leaving, so it gets a little bit of a crowd. I imagine just from all the people that live close by in the neighborhood already tried the raw milk and it was delicious. I don't know why so many people like milk flavored water that they get at the grocery store with all the enzymes and nutrients boiled out of it so the last longer Try raw milk everybody it won't kill you. Unless you're lactose intolerant and then geez, what is wrong with you back to the Starkey market? It's a good place. There's not a lot of that kind of thing around that area so I imagine they draw people from all around if I were you I'd stop by and check it out. Oh yeah and there's a craft beer bar next-door the barn I haven't never been in there, but it's always packed on the weekends so they must have something right going on there.

Now a few pointers, in my humble opinion. There is a male/ female duo that appear to be the owners & another lady that makes the sandwiches . The female duo is a bit hard of hearing & communication can be difficult. The man, wants to be heard & tell you his opinion. Because I wanted my Cuban cold, he said I should get an Italian, excuse me, I know what I like to eat. Many specialty items in the store were not marked with prices. I was interested in several, but I have a personal issue, when items are not already priced, so I sadly passed on these items. The produce was sparse, which I understand. Being new, why buy big lots of produce, to have it go bad. What I think you should do, with the produce you have, is put your best effort forward. Wipe off the dust & grime & have all produce looking as good as it can!. I walked into the store & 2 people were standing around waiting for a customer or something to do. There was plenty to do! The only great looking produce I saw, was the ginger. The lady behind the counter has limited English, but makes a good sandwich. The Cuban, still was not on Cuban bread, but it was okay. They are new, & hopefully they will learn. What's a girl to do? I keep trying new places & have yet to find a Tampa great Cuban sandwich. This is a locally owned small business that has just moved to this location & space. Formally just a supplements store, it's now a full blown organic market/grocery with a excellent organic cafe, offering locally grown produce as well! The only other cafe that can even compare to this one is in NYC, and this one blows that one away. Hubby & I both wish we lived in walking/biking distance to this gorgeous little market.
