I immediately sent the jacket out to them, which was confirmed by UPS tracking as being delivered to them. I have never recieved any kind of confirmation email or text to confirm the return, nor any information about the amount of my refund (after their deductions), or when I might expect a credit back to my VISA. I have sent at least 4 emails, with no response. I have also tried calling the Customer Service I found for them online (they don't provide this on their website), but that number is no longer in service. I'm still waiting for a response and my refund...
