HORRIBLE!!, NEVER AGAIN!! will I spend my money with Dudes Boutique, they are deceptive and they'll tell you what you want to here to get your money and screw you over. I made a $1800 order with Dudes Boutique back in March 2022 for three pair of Mauri shoes which was suppose to take no more than three months, in July 2022 five months later two pair of shoes finally arrived in total shock that after five months I received one white pair of shoes that were stained from glue used on the shoe depite the shoe looking like a used shoe poorly manufactured as shown form the pictures down below, the second pair which was suppose to be all red were half assed and not what I ordered, and a third pair that I still have not received. After contacting Dudes Boutique with my issues they told me to send the shoes back with a provided shipping label and they would handle the issue and get everything back to me promptly, two months go by and I did not here a word from them, so I filed a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. Heres where the deception begin the shipping label and tracking number that they provided me to ship the shoe back showed that they never received the shoes back although they had them my card provider refused to issue me a refund for my $1800, at this point i'm forced to try and work something out with Dudes Boutique cause now they have all my money and I have nothing to show for it. They agree to give me a $844 refund for the pair of shoes I did not receive and the shoe that I sent back would be corrected and sent back, needless to say I received the same red and black shoe I returned that was incorrect and the same poorly manufactured and stained white shoes that looked worn with $844 and it's December 2022 ten months later! I went in to Dudes on a whim,. From the window display, I assumed that it would be all cowboy boots, of which I am not a huge fan. Despite this, I went in for kicks and giggles. Surprisingly they has some cute boots. I was looking at one CUTE green pair and noticed the price. It was $200 something but marked down to $180. A good deal I suppose for fine knee high leather boots made in Spain. What IRKED me was that, without me inquiring about the price, a "dude" walked up to me and said, "You know. We can do specials on the boots. Like, I could give you these boots for.... $120." Shady. He didn't say, we are having a sale or anything like that. By him just walking up to me, unsolicited, and saying that send red flags off in my mind. How over priced were these boots? If he could still make a profit off of $120 boots that were originally priced at $250, how high was the mark-up and what is the quality? Good thing I was not about to shell out money for these boots anyway. read more

The folks were great. The boots I bought were okay (albeit a bit too big-leather stretches with wear)...then my car broke down and I really needed to return the completely gratuitous expense. While below the store owner comments "Our return policy is like every other store (14 day return money back guarantee or store credit)..." The actual return policy is that in-store purchases are NOT refundable. The do NOT have a money back guarantee unless you have an online purchase. In-store purchase returns are only available for store credit. Which is, quite frankly, so frustrating. I'll go elsewhere for my future boot purchases. read more

I have bought three pairs of shoes from Dudes, two of which are painful to wear, and I've decided to never buy from there again. Don't get me wrong, I like the women's shoes they sell (the men's are hideous - think Eurotrash) and they seem of good quality, but I think they are overpriced and the return policy is unreasonable. You cannot return anything, even if you only wore it once and it makes you wince with every step. That's it, eat your money because you just paid too much on a pair of shoes you will never wear again. My other qualm with the store is the employees. The one guy that is always there is somewhat helpful, but the two other girls there do absolutely nothing but text on their cell phones. I had stood around the store looking at shoes for 10 minutes before and not one of them asked me if I wanted any help. I had to wait for the guy to come back into the store before I could see any shoes. Also, this guy is a very good salesman. He got me to purchase a pair of $100 shoes, that didn't seem all that comfy, because he told me that lots of women have bought them and told him personally that they were some of the most comfortable heels they have ever bought... This was the pair that practically made my feet bleed. Oh and the best part, every time I go in he says he'll give me a deal, but they are still uber expensive so I'm not sure what kind of deal I'm getting. Overall, if you can stand to wear excruciatingly painful shoes and want to pay between $150 and $400 for your agony, then by all means shop there. I know I will not anymore. read more

I first went to Dudes to procure a particular brand of vegan shoes that appeared to only be sold at this store. When I walked in I was greeted with luke-warm customer service by two representatives, one of which was eating lunch on the floor. They had the brand, but not the style I was looking for. I tried on a few pairs for size and then placed a custom order. I was told my order would arrive on Monday (I placed the order on a Thursday) and that I would be called if there was any problem placing the order. The following Tuesday I still had not heard from them and called and spoke to Dave. He told me the order had shipped and should be there "any day now" and would call me when they arrived. One week later (with no word from Dudes) I called again. This time Dave said he'd call the company and get right back to me. When he returned my call I was told they had not shipped and in fact were out of stock in my size and would not be shipped until August. He offered me a suede version of the shoe which I was not at all excited about...I ordered the vegan ones of a reason. I cancelled my order and am still waiting for the refund to my credit card. Don't go to Dudes if you want to actually receive the shoes you pay for. read more

Like its name suggests, if you're a dude... keep this spot in your mental rolodex. Dudes has dress shoes for the hip, fashionable guy who isn't quite on some Steve Harvey stuff (sorry Stacy Adams), and wants a shoe that still has some masculine qualities (sorry Liberty Place) but isn't orthdopedic. Dudes has a nice selection of suede and leather shoes that aren't cheap, but are one-of-a-kind in this city. Buyers beware. If you buy something from their online store, make sure you'll never want to return it, because you will have to seriously fight to get your money back. I'm in another part of the country, so I couldn't go to the store to resolve my issue. It took me 8 emails, 3 phone calls, opening a case with PayPal (due to NO response by the business owner), and escalating my case with PayPal to force them to give me a refund after THIRTY DAYS. I was in compliance with their return policy. The employees are not allowed to issue refunds, it can only be done by the owner. They sent me the incorrect size after me making a phone call and sending 2 emails to ensure they'd send the correct size (sizes on the site were US, but the shoes came in EU sizes) Horrible customer service. Rude messages over PayPal trying to place blame on the customer after my emails to them were nicely asking for my money back. This business should be ashamed of themselves. Midnight Cowboy would have loved this place, although he thought he was unique, what with being a cowboy in the city. Apparently it's not all that special. Walking in to Dudes, one is overwhelmed by the smell of rawhide (well, it's probably tanned and dyed and what have you, but I like saying rawhide). Cowboy boots, suede and leather jackets--pretty much everything here once had a large, bovine creature inside it. Maybe not the belt buckles. They have big-ass belt buckles too. read more
