I purchased a suede leather blazer from Luxury Lane. First of all, it took a long time to receve the jacket. After trying it on, it was not the right fit or cut that I wanted, so decided to return it. This was a hassle, and after a week of so of trying to get the company to help me recieve the prper return address, I FINALLY got an email from someone there with a UPS shipping label attached. I immediately sent the jacket out to them, which was confirmed by UPS tracking as being delivered to them. I have never recieved any kind of confirmation email or text to confirm the return, nor any information about the amount of my refund (after their deductions), or when I might expect a credit back to my VISA. I have sent at least 4 emails, with no response. I have also tried calling the Customer Service I found for them online (they don't provide this on their website), but that number is no longer in service. I just got a nice coat from Luxury Lane but, they stuffed it into a small box rather than a suit box. It is faux fur on one side and all weather on the other. It is a wrinkled mess. I'd like to know why they have to stuff a nice item into a small box and make it necessary to figure out how to get the wrinkles out. I should not have to take it to the cleaners and spend more money in order to get the wrinkles out or risk ruining it with an iron. I'm totally disappointed. read more

Do not purchase anything from Luxury Lane unless you are willing to waste an excessive amount of time and money on the exchange/return process. Similar to the review by Miss Lett M, I had purchased a coat for my boyfriend for Christmas, but it ran way too large, so I decided to exchange it. After shipping it with UPS and receiving confirmation that it was delivered, I contacted Luxury Lane only to speak to a rude customer service gentleman who informed me that all returns and exchanges take 2 weeks to process. I called back 2.5 weeks later after hearing absolutely nothing back from them only to speak to the same gentleman. When I told him that it's past the deadline he gave me, he was rude and unprofessional, simply telling me that I was incorrect and giving me a completely different answer. Fed up, I asked for the exchange to be turned into a return and he explained that they cannot control that until the exchange order has been completely processed. I then asked, if I called back after the supposed final process had completed would he be able to turn it into a return? He told me no because at that point it would have already been shipped out as an exchange. I am absolutely so frustrated that this company lacked any professional and helpful customer service to a clearly upset and unhappy customer. I am more frustrated at the fact that this customer service representative seems to have no control over anything other than answering phones and being rude and dismissive to paying customers. Why can he not stop an exchange after my coat had been delivered to them for over 2 weeks? It makes absolutely no sense. I purchased a walking coat from them and I had to return it because the size ran too big. I had no problem with until I called and asked for information on returning the item. First, I had the run around to get the return address, then I was emailed and instructed that I had to call Luxury Lane and get a RMA number so that I can return the item. When I called, they said someone would get back to within 24-48 hours. Days past and I made several calls until 6 days later I was told that was not necessary. This company is very unprofessional and extremely LACKS communication!!!! I will finally get to return the item after 6 business days have past. They will never see us shopping for them. read more

I did all my transactions with Luxury Lane by internet. I checked their sizing charts against our measurements before ordering. So far, I have purchased 3 leather coats (2 for ladies and 1 for a man) and they are beautifully made, are super soft and they fit well. The pricing is very reasonable, IMHO. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again! read more

Unlike the review by Michael ,I had a terrible experience with them ,I bought a jacket from them on Nov 11th ,and it shows the ETA to be Nov 18th , on Nov 16th ,they haven't sent the jacket out so I sent them a message asking about the status of my order ,and they replied that the jacket will be sent out in the order it was received ,and I said I placed the order 5 days ago ,what do you mean in the order it was received ,and then they print out a shipping label and provided me the tracking number ,and on Nov 21st ,the tracking number shows the package was accepted that day , and the birthday of my father in law was on Nov 23rd so I emailed them again complaining about this ,then I got the reply that they only sent the item out in the order it was received ,and I told them the whole story that I bought the item on Nov 11th ,and they sent the package out 10 days later ,they just sent me the same message again saying they could nothing about it ,they just sent the item out in the order it was received ,so I asked ,if what he meant is that they didn't receive the order until Nov 21st ,and then never got any replies. Sent back a Christmas gift I bought to exchange on Dec 27. Package arrived Dec 29. I have yet to receive usable information as to where the exchanged gloves are. I called them 4 or 5 times and no one could give me an status on the exchange. I spoke with them today January 23 and was told I should hear something on January 27. Do not buy from these people via mail order. Maybe going to their place of business is a better experience. I'll not knowingly purchase anything from Luxury Lane going forward. read more
