We've used ElimiDirt for years and we've been quite happy. Some significant pros: ElimiDirt typically sends a team of 3 people to our place. They get the house done fast. That's great when we've had a little baby at home who needs to map in the middle of the day and would be disturbed if someone was working on the house for many hours. Individual cleaners come and go, but ElimiDirt has stuck around for years. If our usual crew isn't available one week, ElimiDirt makes sure someone else from the company comes. Even if they're not our usual team, everyone who comes is very thorough. I don't think we've ever had a missed appointment. I appreciate ElimiDirt being very flexible with cancellations. I appreciate this company so much! Ken is extremely professional. I wanted to have a good clean and he got back to me right away after leaving a message. He gave me a really good quote. He explained three people would come to clean and they charge by the hour, but was willing to adjust if the team finishes early. The team was prompt, punctual, professional and courteous. After finishing upstairs I was amazed to see they found and eliminated dust from places I never could! I consider myself a pretty clean guy that regularly cleaned on my own and they were able to tackle every nook and crevice. They also didn't use too much chemicals which is definitely healthier for our lungs. Despite being in a COVID pandemic the ladies were considerate keeping their masks on (despite being a hot day in Pleasanton) and were very friendly. However, what finally pushed me to do it, was the exceptional level of service provided at their last visit. I was returning home from the hospital and Elimidirt was there cleaning. I commented that it was such a treat to come home to a clean house. They immediately offered to help bring in my things (above and beyond and NOT in their job description). Had our first "deep cleaning" with ElimiDirt last week and was so impressed. Three women came to clean our home, and they do so in record time, while also paying attention to detail. My husband was working from home and didn't have time to ask for specific things to be cleaned. As it turns out, there was no need. That weird build up around one of the sink faucets that I tried just about everything to get rid of? They cleaned it! Our glass stove top that always had weird cloudy "stains" that wouldn't budge? Best cleaning crew in town! Ken is very responsive and easy to work with. I really appreciate how punctual and efficient his crew is, they get in and out super fast and leave the place absolutely spotless. We have a rabbit, dog, and newborn so the place gets pretty dirty between cleanings. The team has been really great with COVID precautions. Ken sent three women to clean my 1500 sq. foot house and it was if they all spent 3.5 hours cleaning with a toothbrush. One of the ladies spent 2.5 hours on the kitchen alone. I've been using Ken and his team to clean our 2 bed 2 bath townhouse in Pleasanton for the past 6 months and they have been phenomenal! If you're looking for good cleaners, look not further. His communication is quick, polite, and timely. He'll always send us reminders of when they'll be coming, which is very helpful. I'm really impressed with Elimidirt! I moved to Dublin about a month ago and was bummed out to find our landlord did very little cleaning to our townhome before we moved in :( The carpets were filthy, and there seemed to be a layer of dust on every surface. I contacted Ken for a quote based off of the good Yelp reviews I saw here, and when he gave me a very reasonable estimation for a move in cleaning I booked a visit. I was not home during the visit but my boyfriend reported that not only did they work very hard scrubbing for a full three hours, but they even showed up early! Ken came by himself to check the work and had them go over a few spots. I was worried after all the good reviews that perhaps I had too high expectations for the cleaning and would be disappointed. However, when I got home everything was SPOTLESS, especially our bathrooms. This cleaning was 10 x better than the move out cleaning we received when we left our old place in Orange County. This is loooong overdue! I think I received their services back in 2018. But now that I have more time on my hands, I thought I'd write a review. I gave them 5 stars because Ken is very accomodating and has excellent customer service. I mentioned to him I didn't like how I kept getting different cleaners each cleaning. He resolved it. Next, I told him, I didn't like how the cleaners wore shoes in my house. I have carpet and my kids like to lay on the floor. I don't want anything from the outside coming in. Especially for me when I used to take Bart (and saw some very disturbing things on the ground). He definitely listened and accommodated me by asking the cleaners to either remove their shoes or wear a shoe cover. Ken is prompt, professional, and very polite. Last but not least, I decided to terminate my services since I was starting to work from home and figured I had more time to clean. He offered his cleaners to come in one last time. We have had Ken and his team help clean our 4-bedroom house in Livermore once every 4 weeks in the past (I think almost) 3 years. And they have been awesome! I have worked for many 5-star hotels so I am super particular and tough to be pleased. Ken has always been so accommodating to my requests and very open to my feedbacks. He took notes about my preferences and shared them with his team before they came for monthly cleaning. So even sometimes we had different crew rotating, there was always consistency to the standard I longed for. Ken is very thorough and detailed. Therefore the way he did his business and took care of his clients totally reflected on the people who worked for him and performed the actual cleaning. Very good housecleaners with the added bonus of an attentive owner. They are a significant improvement to most housecleaners I've had before. Why I like them: 1) They clean those parts of the home you want cleaned and stay away from those you don't. 2) They work quickly, yet thoroughly. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. They usually bring in a team of 3 and are done swiftly. Much nicer than having 1-2 cleaners come and spend often twice as long. 3) The maids encourage you to examine the house to ensure you are happy. There was one time when there was a little dust in a corner that had been missed -- I mentioned it and they immediately addressed it. There have only been 2 times I've ever asked them to redress something, and they were very minor issues. 4) They have a very involved owner. Ken oversaw the first cleaning to ensure it was to my satisfaction. Once I had an issue regarding the smell of one of the cleansers they used -- he quickly rectified the issue. I know I can always go to him with any issues and he'll immediately get back to me. 5) Trustworthy. Unlike another maid service I used, I never see any of my cleaning supplies vanish, etc. Ken seems to do very good vetting. read more
