We've used ElimiDirt for years and we've been quite happy. Some significant pros: ElimiDirt typically sends a team of 3 people to our place. They get the house done fast. That's great when we've had a little baby at home who needs to map in the middle of the day and would be disturbed if someone was working on the house for many hours. Individual cleaners come and go, but ElimiDirt has stuck around for years. If our usual crew isn't available one week, ElimiDirt makes sure someone else from the company comes. Even if they're not our usual team, everyone who comes is very thorough. I don't think we've ever had a missed appointment. I appreciate ElimiDirt being very flexible with cancellations. I appreciate this company so much! Ken is extremely professional. I wanted to have a good clean and he got back to me right away after leaving a message. He gave me a really good quote. He explained three people would come to clean and they charge by the hour, but was willing to adjust if the team finishes early. The team was prompt, punctual, professional and courteous. After finishing upstairs I was amazed to see they found and eliminated dust from places I never could! I consider myself a pretty clean guy that regularly cleaned on my own and they were able to tackle every nook and crevice. They also didn't use too much chemicals which is definitely healthier for our lungs. Despite being in a COVID pandemic the ladies were considerate keeping their masks on (despite being a hot day in Pleasanton) and were very friendly. Had our first "deep cleaning" with ElimiDirt last week and was so impressed. Three women came to clean our home, and they do so in record time, while also paying attention to detail. My husband was working from home and didn't have time to ask for specific things to be cleaned. As it turns out, there was no need. I've been using Ken and his team to clean our 2 bed 2 bath townhouse in Pleasanton for the past 6 months and they have been phenomenal! If you're looking for good cleaners, look not further. I'm really impressed with Elimidirt! I moved to Dublin about a month ago and was bummed out to find our landlord did very little cleaning to our townhome before we moved in :( The carpets were filthy, and there seemed to be a layer of dust on every surface. I contacted Ken for a quote based off of the good Yelp reviews I saw here, and when he gave me a very reasonable estimation for a move in cleaning I booked a visit. I was not home during the visit but my boyfriend reported that not only did they work very hard scrubbing for a full three hours, but they even showed up early! Ken came by himself to check the work and had them go over a few spots. I was worried after all the good reviews that perhaps I had too high expectations for the cleaning and would be disappointed. This is loooong overdue! I think I received their services back in 2018. But now that I have more time on my hands, I thought I'd write a review. I gave them 5 stars because Ken is very accomodating and has excellent customer service. I mentioned to him I didn't like how I kept getting different cleaners each cleaning. He resolved it. Next, I told him, I didn't like how the cleaners wore shoes in my house. I have carpet and my kids like to lay on the floor. I don't want anything from the outside coming in. Especially for me when I used to take Bart (and saw some very disturbing things on the ground). He definitely listened and accommodated me by asking the cleaners to either remove their shoes or wear a shoe cover. Ken is prompt, professional, and very polite. Last but not least, I decided to terminate my services since I was starting to work from home and figured I had more time to clean. He offered his cleaners to come in one last time. Elimidirt has been cleaning my house for about 6 weeks now. They are very thorough, and they don't cut corners. The price is fair and fully disclosed, the work is great, and the communication is excellent. They do an unbelievable job on the kitchen and bathrooms, which I know can be very difficult to clean. I haven't seen a drop in the quality of work since I started, and I know that is not typical. I starting using ElimiDirt when I moved to Ptown in July of 2010. I have used cleaning people for my home for many, many years now. I found ElimiDirt to be very professional, affordable, friendly, etc. Communicating with Ken is a breeze compared to most (all) services I have used in the past. He diligently returns emails, which makes scheduling changes and any other issues very easy. One time, I came home to find a glass candle broken. I remembered I had forgotten to blow it out when I left the house and it looked like it just got too hot and "exploded". I was a tad surprised to see that ElimiDirt hadn't cleaned it up until I saw Ken's email, explaining that they had seen the broken glass on the side table but that it was there policy not to clean broken glass so as to prevent injuries to their employees. Fabulous! I was glad to see that hadn't simply "ignored" the mess. And I was happy that he emailed me about it right away. And I was extra happy to learn that he takes care of his employees and strives to prevent injuries! I was impressed with the level of professionalism. In general, the cleaning was always top notch. I would come home from work to a very spic-and-span home. They had great attention to detail (especially as compared to many of the services I have used in the past).
