Absolutely loved this company. I messaged them via Yelp and they were quick to respond. The response rate was ridiculously good- I sent a text super late(thinking it was automated and they would get it in the am, yet they responded almost instantly). They knew I wouldn't be on site, so they messaged when they arrived, asked any questions they had, and started to clean. Upon finishing, they sent pics, and videos and everything was splendid. My one annoyance was that they didn't tell me that the fridge was an extra fee, I wish they mentioned it prior to doing the work, as the studio is tiny and already pretty clean. They arrived at 9:05 AM for an 8 AM appointment. Tardiness is a negative for me, especially if I woke up early, BUT they stayed for about 6 hours for our flat rate deep clean and they worked VERY hard while they were here. They cleaned meticulously through each room. They picked items up from surfaces and cleaned beneath them, something I really appreciate in a home with a lot of decor/tchachkes. The house smells clean without being overwhelmingly chemical-smelling. Ray and his teammate were very friendly and it was not awkward at all having them in our home space. And they were respectful of my request that they wear a mask while inside. I wanted to do something nice for my parents and I think they will be happy with the product. For the price I paid for my home to be cleaned. $1000 I asked that all the dust and cobwebs be removed. The bathrooms and the kitchen. I paid for all the cabinets to be emptied and cleaned, I was disappointed yes they removed all the things from the cabinets they vacuumed them but didn't sponge clean. The two bathrooms I was disappointed with the way they were left. They were wiped down and appeared clean but there was no deep cleaning done. Bathrooms floors were left sticky I had to clean the floor myself. The kitchen, dining room and entire floors were not cleaned and mopped. I decided that if they could not get it right the first time. Why would I want them to come back again. I will not not use them again Sorry to say. read more

Once in a while in life, we all cross paths with someone whose work impresses us so much that we feel like sharing it with everyone we know. Ray, along with his crew, is one of those people. I found him as a last minute replacement for our usual cleaning person who works on our rental home because she had a family emergency. Ray was planning on going fishing that day when I called and gave his crew the day off because he didn't have any jobs lined up. He agreed to take 25% less than his usual rate to price-match some other cleaner I found. However, when he showed up in the afternoon, he seemed genuinely happy to be there. I thought this was supposed to be an easy 2-3 hour job because the tenants left the house in pretty good condition. So I left at 6pm, and he agreed to lock up after finishing around 7pm, but when I texted him at 9pm; they were still there, working non-stop since 4pm without dinner. I was so touched that I drove back with some water and bananas. When I saw them, they didn't have an ounce of complaint, just scrubbing away with smiles. They went above and beyond on everything. We agreed on cleaning 2 bathrooms, they deep-cleaned all 4. I told them to just clean the area above the stove, but they deep-cleaned the stove and the oven. They finally finished around 11pm. When I saw the house the next day, I was speechless. The house was so clean that I could almost drink out of the toilets. It felt like I was not looking at a cleaning job, but admiring a work of art. Ray is not just a cleaner; he's Picasso in disguise with a mop. I was moved to tears by their work. I must have said a thousand thank-you to him and offered to pay his usual full rate in appreciation, and yet he's just as happy, chill and nonchalant as when he first showed up. No wonder he gets a perfect 5-star rating on Yelp! I would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

We've gone through several rounds of quotes from various cleaning services and have had poor experiences with most referrals because those cleaning services are larger companies that outsource and subcontract. The teams come in and out and are very strict on time and do not pay attention to details. Red Carpet Maids is the absolute opposite and is a family-owned/run operation. Ray does not do all the work himself and relies on a small team but does value that the job is done right. We truly appreciate his willingness to make personal visits here and there and come back to complete any job that was not done to our standards. In our case, he did an excellent job performing a deep clean of our stove range/hood as well as the common areas of our home, which we do annually. The owner takes pride in what they do and commits themselves to provide the same level of service they would expect should anyone come into their own home. We look forward to working with them in the future and plan on more regular cleaning visits on a semi or annual basis. read more
