The final cost was a tad higher than the original quote and I'm sure this is probably something they do all the time since they think you are limited with time. I had all day to get the job done and I was onsite clearing the garage as the 3 person crew cleaned our 4 BR, 3 1/2 bath house. I observed through the patio doors them cleaning every cabinet, every room, the oven, under the sink, every drawer in the kitchen including dusting above the cabinets and the refrigerator, which was also thoroughly cleaned. All of the window were cleaned and the sliding glass doors leading to the patio were cleaned inside and out. They also cleaned a years-old rust stain off of the shower pan which was in the shower when we moved in. I was very impressed and had it not been for them adding to the cost at the last minute I would have rated them 5 stars. Overall, I was very happy with the service. read more

Great service! We had a move out cleaning service needed for a 2bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment had very poor quality painting on the walls, so they left the walls alone but everything else from the floor, windows, window sills, counter top, bathrooms, cabinets, oven and fridge+ more were cleaned wonderfully! It took about 3 hours to perform the service and they had two people working on the job, we paid $350 for the 3 hour job. We just wanted to move out and have one less project to do as we had a lot on our plate and dollys cleaning provided stellar service and took some stress off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend, we respect the labor and efforts it took to clean the apartment and we honored the price they gave us, so please be respectful and honor their prices too! This is an update, worse than I thought. This company and workers literally did a horrible job. Im not sure what they even cleaned, maybe the toilet. I was specific with what I wanted cleaned and it wasn't cleaned $240 plus $100 tip needs to be returned to me. They were in a rush to leave so I just looked and said ok, and they left. I was assuming that they would have done a great job based on the reviews but they didn't. Refund and Zelle my money back to me please. I should file a complaint with the BBB but I just want my money back. Next time I'll hire a professional cleaning crew for moving out. read more

Dolly's House Cleaning has saved me twice this year! I wish I was able to use them more often. I booked the house cleaning service once in February to have my home cleaned for Chinese New Year, and once more in April to have our empty home cleaned and readied for a new tenant to move in. Both times, I scheduled only about a week in advance because I would forget to reach out after all the things on my to-do list, but no worries, Dolly has my back and were able to accommodate! Because I booked one-time services each time, the cleaners would come to my house, do a walk through with me to see identify the scope of the cleaning job, and call their manager for a time estimate on how long they think the job might take. The manager would communicate to me the price based on the estimated time. After the job was done and they checked that I was satisfied, the cleaning team would call the manager again to confirm the job was complete so the manager could calculate the price again. I really appreciate their hard work and honesty. I had already written a check today based on the estimated price. Upon completion of the cleaning job, the team called their manager to tell them that they finished 30 minutes ahead of schedule, so the amount due was less than the check I had given them. They could have just taken the check and left, but they waited for me to write a new check for the lesser amount. I love using them for house cleaning - great results for a great price! read more

They came in to clean the front room and entrance took them 3 hours mind u my house is very organized kitchen took them another 3 hours. Just amazing. I had never had a professional house cleaning and decided it was finally time, as my own personal weekly cleaning never felt like it was enough. I called Dolly's and left a voicemail, the owner Hortencia was responsive and we were able to set up a consultation for my home shortly after. I scheduled for an initial deep clean at a higher rate, and then monthly follow up visits for a lower monthly rate. I was blown away by how nice my house was after the initial deep clean. Absolutely loved my house and my husband loved it too. The cleaning crew Ana and Ilda (I hope I got their names right...) were very nice ladies, and worked really hard to clean up our horrible greasy oven and stove. Everything looked great. The house remained feeling very fresh and nice for weeks, with my own maintenance here and there. They just came for the first monthly cleaning I had scheduled, and I am blown away once again. The floors are so smooth and dirt free, everything has no dust on it....And not only that, but the ladies went above and beyond and even cleaned some of my appliances for me. I had their service after I retired and was happy to have someone else, not me, to clean my place. I only used them twice - and never will I use them again. Pretty good job the first time. The second and last time that they were here was unprofessional. They asked me for a push broom for my balcony that had rough floor (water treatment); they should have had such broom. They asked me for a ladder to clean above; they should... they damage my curtain. They wouldn't clean areas that we agreed upon. And more... I do not recommend this company. read more

The company has excellent customer service response and very nice phone interactions. I hired the company specifically for a move out cleaning of a small home. I specifically told them I needed inside windows cleaned, light fixtures and the laundry room. 1st of all we finalized a time of 9am, they call at 9 am to say they will be late 9:30 am. Then they proceed to increase the price 25% upon arrival. The house was vacant new paint and floor. They didn't have to clean the fridge. They did not move the existing fridge to clean nor the stove both were visibly filthy. They didn't clean the laundry room. Basically they did a lousy job. I have to hire another company to clean up after. I don't like to negatively impact what seems like a small family business but as a consumer who uses Yelp to locate a vendor I think it's important to leave my review. read more

Stay away from this business, I recently ordered a move out cleaning for a completely empty 3 bedroom home. The person I spoked to on the phone quoted me $322, in my mind I was thinking that was kind of expensive for a cleaning with a house thats already empty and fairly clean already. But ok since they have 5 star reviews Ill try them out. So the day comes and the maids arrived she walked through the whole house and told me it would take 3 hrs to clean the house for $400 and I was like wtf the person told me $322 but whatever Im selling the house soon and I need it done now so I said ok just clean it. 3 hours later I get a call from their manager saying the maids need more time to clean and itll cost another $65!! So at this pt Im like what the hell!? $465 to clean a small 3 bedroom home thats completely empty!? So I was livid and told the guy thats not acceptable that I couldve cleaned the damn house in 3 hours myself! He ended up knocking the price down to $435 and I just said ok fine, its done and over with. As soon as the maids left I went to go use the restroom downstairs and notice that they did not even clean it at all! Then I went to my other bathroom upstairs and it was not cleaned either!
