The store is clean and well-stocked. What sets this location apart is the Queen of the Cosmetic department, Dee. She is a walking encyclopedia of products, can offer intelligent suggestions (not just push a sale) and is willing to take the time to find the most appropriate product for age, skin type or use. It seems like I always end up leaving the store with good advice and something better than I originally expected.

I will just leave a quick bullet point list of why this place sucks. *randomly closed when they should be open *they have a drive through to pick up prescriptions but literally act like it doesnt exist. You will wait forever foe them to acknowledge you. *inside is slightly better but even then they are rude and ignore you for a long time. One girl was just staring at her phone ignoring the line‍ *they take FOREVER to fill a prescription. My son was prescribed antibiotic eye drops on friday afternoon and the pharmacy is supposed to be open saturdays and sundays but both days i called to check on it and they are closed I have a lot of patience and will give places a lot of chances. But after a year or two of them being bad I just give up. Bad management, under staffed, and some of the staff they do have just straight up ignore you. Go somewhere else.

I've learned that sometimes prescriptions don't auto-refill and often a phone call to the doctor is needed or sometimes a pharmacy is out of what you need but they don't tell you when they many have it back in stock. All of this to say that I started going to this Walgreen's for many of these prescriptions because I find the pharmacy staff here to be communicative and helpful. They also often have the meds we need while other pharmacies do not. While this is not the closest location to my house, it's conveniently located north of Shea on Tatum and I don't mind making the drive. Another perk is that they have pretty good hours and a drive-through for the pharmacy. I'll be back!

This is a very busy park area due to high traffic. The side of this Walgreens is not the largest but they are well stocked.
