When I was growing up, we'd go in here at 4-5 a.m. when returning from the city and purchase even 'fresher' bagels and breads if that's even imaginable! I added avocado and a sunny-side-up egg, and I had them substitute the bacon for turkey bacon for an additional cost. I asked the waitress to surprise me by putting it in a wrap or on bread. It was placed on bread and panini-pressed, which I was not expecting, although it just added to the flavor profile. I also asked the waitress to surprise me with a juice or smoothie since they were out of horchata for the day. I enjoyed guessing the ingredients of the juice, which contained oranges, beets, and carrots. I was shocked; however, it did not disappoint, since I enjoyed it. I ordered a side of onion rings as well, which came with BBQ and ranch; both sauces were pretty good. This was shocking since I am not a BBQ person. The onion rings without sauce were equally tasty, with a great crunch and crispiness. The owner was polite enough to give us complimentary fries on the house, which was very unexpected and kind. The fries were a crunchy, crispy, and fluffy delight.
