This is the clostest gas station to my house so I come here in a pinch. Prices are fine, but there are cheaper stations not too far away if you're able to drive a little bit more. The pumps are also usually free so you won't have to wait to fill up which is nice. I will say, however, while it is easy to get in to, depending on which way you need to leave, it could be tricky as this is located on a very busy intersection where it could be tough to turn left out of. Also, from time to time there are large delivery trucks squeezed in to the area which obstruct access to certain parts of the station. The few times I've interacted with the staff they've been incredibly friendly and helpful. A+ for service for sure. However, I just think there are cheaper/better station options out there so, like I said, if you can go a bit further, I'd suggest a different station over this one. read more

Steve Hiam, who I think is the owner, is one of the most rude people I have ever run across. Wanted to get the tires rotated on my Tesla Model Y. Called, was informed there was no wait and they would do it for $30. After pulling into the bay, Steve positions the car for the service. When he steps out a minute later I asked if the heat of the past few weeks made servicing cars more difficult. Ya know, casual chit chat. He responds, "I've been here 40 years, it's always hot this time of year. Anyone who tells me they believe in climate change I tell them they're a f***ing idiot". I am sure my jaw probably visibly dropped. I responded. " Well, I beleive it's happening." He goes into a Fox news rant and I tell him I don't want to discuss this with him. So, the man just called me a f***ing idiot! Me. His customer paying him to rotate my tires. I didn't bring up climate change, he did. Then he insulted me and was outrageously obnixious. Big surprise! A guy who sells fossil fuel for a living thinks climate change isn't happening. But does he have to be a jerk to his customers? I bought gas from this guy for 20 years when I had ICE cars. I've been going here for about 5 years now and I've never EVER had a problem. Steve is AMAZING at what he does and he knows what he's doing. I dropped off my car one Saturday for an oil change and Steve called me about an hour later explaining what I needed done. One of those things was the battery being changed. I didn't have the money at the time to do that and told him that I'd have to get that at a later date. He said my battery would last about a week more and he wanted to just give me a heads up. It lasted me a week and 2 days LOL! The next Monday - I went to get into my car to get to work and guess what didn't start? My car!! I told my mom that I should've just listened to him and we laughed and had to call AAA. I've gotten all new tires from him, every oil change (my mom and sister go here too) and my mom gets everything else done too! The clerks are ALWAYS so nice and talkative. read more

Steve is a true hero. My daughter recently hit a curb in a Starbucks drive through, and some dash lights came on that made us head to the Hyundai dealership for diagnostics. After keeping my car for four business days, AutoNation Hyundai in Valencia told us that an entire wiring harness needed to be purchased ($3100) and installed ($4400). I was encouraged by my parents to seek a second opinion at Eli's Mobil in Northridge, since my dad has found Steve to be an excellent mechanic and very honest and reasonable through the years. Thank God I listened and made the trip to the valley: after less than a day, and for less than $500, Steve was able to identify the specific wires that needed to be repaired, and the car has never run smoother. Once my cars are out of warranty I always take them here for the maintenance and any problems that arise. Steve (the owner) and his technicians are professional and reliable. Unlike many (most) car repair shops he doesn't BS and add on unnecessary repairs. He calls if he finds something that might be costly and gives options. One place told my daughter she needed all new brakes when she had an emergency with a tire. She took her car to Steve and he assured her the brakes had more life in them. Per gallon price is usually a little more (5 cents or so), but you don't have to wait for a pump. There is plenty of room for larger vehicles, such as RVs, and those with trailers. It is nice to pull up with my boat in tow and not have to worry about clearance. This station also offers smog checks and other automotive services. Propane is super expensive. It's more expensive per gallon than a $20 tank exchange. I figured they were more than u-haul, but didn't expect to pay almost $25 to refill my tank. I guess I should have asked first. The clerk was nice enough though. read more

I was very surprised to be turned away at 7:55 pm when I had called just to find out how long their propane services were available. That's when I was told at 8 pm is the deadline. I arrived to a attendant sitting in a chair outside playing on his cell phone after I driven my motorhome 25 miles to get there for the propane I had explained to the attendant I had called when he said to me very rudely that he's here now and he makes the decisions and was turned away to drive 25 more miles home without my propane.Its unfortunate to have attendents that would rather sit there and text and their phone then serve customers.. I wouldn't recommend going to this gas station when this young man is working would hope that his manager sees this and he gets some much needed training on customer service.. read more

Four years ago the radiator in my car went on the 405 near Devonshire exit. Based on Yelp I had the car towed to these guys and they did the job fast and pro. I was charged $550 for the job, which was on the high side, but not unacceptable. The bummer was I thought I was getting the same factory radiator that was taken out. I didn't check the part close enough. They put in a cheap aftermarket radiator that blew on me a couple days ago. Just had it done by my fantastic reg guy at Mobil Nordhoff/Balboa... only uses factory parts unless you ask..$ 450 with factory radiator. Guys great. read more
