We pulled our RV into the Shell station to top off the tires--six in total. After the attendant turned on the air pump once, he informed us that next time we'd have to pay $2.50 for more air. In all my years, I've never had a gas station charge for additional air. After a heated exchange over how absurd that policy was, he reluctantly gave us the second round of air for free. Shell, I highly recommend you to check on the employees you have running this location. SMH read more

I went in yesterday and got gas. Their sign said 4.39.9. Using my Shell card I was charged 4.49.9. When I saw that I remembered it had happened before, so it's obviously their policy. They are one of the lowest priced Shells around, but come on guys, let's be honest with people. read more

It is conveniently located near my house, and offers competitive prices. Well lit and safe. The parking lot and trash receptacles are well maintained. I love the gas discount that Ralphs customers receive. Pay at the pump available. However, a few times one of the pumps was defective. Once, we asked the attendant for help and he was really rude and accused our car of being the problem. Two other guests had he same problem, so it wasn't us. The lottery machine usually has something wrong with it, so that's inconvenient. We pretty much just come here because it's local. read more

The cashier was very rude and ignorant to the customer's need. His name is NAZIM. It seems like a lot of customers already have issues with this cashier according to the review. He was on his phone all the time and when I asked if I can get some air my my tire he told me just pay for it with my credit card. According to California law, air is free for customer who purchase fuel. He clearly wanted me to pay for air without letting me know it is actually free for customer. I already purchased gas but it seems like he didn't care. He just wanted me to buy gas again. I just hope that someone higher up read this to retrain him on customer service because he clearly hate his job and he's putting it on his customers as well. There are many others that had frustrated experience with Nazim already. Will not visit this place anymore. First and happens to be the last :) read more

This gas station kinda sucks. They were noticeably cheaper than the competition across the street but that's about it. I believe the gas pumps did have the locking mechanisms but the attendant working there would not open the pump for me to fill my tank. Why is this SO hard for people to do. I understand that it is not the attendants fault because they are simply doing their job; but some people are willing to over-look this stupid policy. Over all, pretty bad. read more

Gas is priced on point with the stations in the area. But the only issue is that depending on what time of day it is, the traffic on Devonshire can really back up which means it can be tough to get in and out of this location (if you're doing it from Devonshire). That also means if there are other cars trying to turn onto Devonshire, it could be near impossible to get in to the station. read more

Had a flat tire across the street. Pulled in and they quickly fixed the tire (nail). The guys were friendly and professional. Saw another nail in another tire and they fixed both tires in less than ten minutes. Awesome service. read more

NON participant in Fuel Rewards! Fuel Rewards site indicates they are but when I got gas somehow their system overrode my rewards and I ended up paying full price. All the attendant say was call Ralphs. Never going back there again! read more
