I will never forget this beautiful Cafe, the beautiful owner was so friendly ! The views of Positano were amazing. Stop by for dinner or a Negroni, you will not be disappointed with this wonderful café

The bagel thing on this salad was crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and was full of flavor!

Perfect spot for breakfast or lunch! Beautiful views, fantastic drinks (i got the gin fizz but subbed vodka) and simple fresh wonderful food. The staff was friendly as well.

Food was good! Definitely not the best food in Positano but pretty good! The view completely makes this restaurant!! Make sure to ask to sit on the patio!

On a search for fresh pressed juice again...and thankfully found it in beautiful Positano today! Elisir di Positano is a family-owned, juice and healthy food bar located in the "downtown" area of the city. The view outside this simple trattoria is magnificent, of course, which comes standard in Positano :-). There is limited seating outside, and due to the narrowness of the street, you will be really close to both pedestrians and cars passing by. If thats not a big deal, enjoy your drink or light meal outside (I found the experience to be better outdoors). However, if your prefer, there is fairly ample seating throughout the cozy establishment as well. Today I was in need of a quick detox from the recent bread and pasta I've been eating. The staff was welcoming and the owner Angela personally walked us through the menu. There are approximately 10-12 smoothie offerings, which primarily include a variety of veggies and fruit blended into a juice base. I ordered the Green Power to get my Spinach, Broccoli, Banana "fix" and my mom ordered the Blueberry Plus, which has Blueberries, Banana and Yogurt. We both enjoyed our drinks and found them to be quite refreshing. Although we didn't eat a meal, the food smelled wonderful! There are also soup, pasta, dessert and coffee options available. I also noticed gluten free options as well. If you're visiting the Almafi Coast and happen to stop through Positano...try not to miss this little gem on your way. Grazia and Happy Eating!!!

Many other reviewers have mentioned that this is the best meal that they've had in the entire country and unfortunately, without sounding like a false advertisement, I absolutely must agree. This was the best meal I have had in the entire country and I have traveled Italy extensively. They only have a couple of tables, the brothers, along with mama and Bridget, deliver an incredible meal, incredible experience, and the way the patrons feel after the experience cannot be matched. What the hell if we ordered Caesar salad, then meatballs, then gnocchi, then seafood with linguine, then the local catch of the day which today was amberjack, then ribeye, then dessert. I'm not alone in my prayer of this restaurant, my wife and my three children are unanimous that this was the absolute best meal that they have had in Italy. I strongly recommend this restaurant, but I would mention that you need to get there early because they do not take reservations. Please feel free to joke with Bridget about her Texan roots and her hallmark story which caused her to settle in Positano!

The Caprese salad was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the prosciutto salad was beautifully balanced with just the right mix of savory and sweet. Every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The drinks were equally impressive. The house Posides Spritz was refreshing and perfectly balanced made with a cherry liquor, and the limoncello spritz was smooth, bright, and easily one of the best we've had in Italy. We finished with an affogato that was the perfect finale, rich espresso poured over creamy gelato for a sweet, satisfying finish along with the seasonal cake. Service was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening, making the experience feel personal and relaxed. The restaurant is a bit of a walk from the city center with a few stairs to climb, but it's absolutely worth it. The stroll back down afterward is the perfect way to walk off the meal. Between the amazing food, stunning terrace views, and kind service, Posides is a true Positano gem.

The service is consistently amazing and makes you want to come back over and over again. They offer free wifi for their guests while you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Spiaggia Grande of Positano. This restaurant has a lot of problems…read more 1st - the food was burnt so hard that the aubergines could not be sliced with a knife. Bad 2nd - We asked for 7 waters - guess what - no waters. But! The water charge *was* remembered on the receipt. Uh, not good. 3rd - don't expect all your food to be delivered - we sat with one family member with NO FOOD SERVED. Again, we had 7 people and 6 dishes were served. It doesn't take a genius to figure this stuff out. 4th - This is the worst part of all - when we asked to speak to a manager about not receiving food ordered (that we would pay for) the owner came out and insulted us by asking "where you people come from?" Huh?? Are you kidding me? This is the picture of the NASTY owner and all the employees looking aghast at this nightmare scene. She's the one in all black with a pissed off expression. Not worthy of 1 star. This restaurant needs to shut down in shame. Do not go here.
