Furthermore, they did not communicate with us to let us know they were running behind. We reached out them multiple times and they kept kicking the can down the road. Not a big deal in the grand scheme, but I want to work with people who do what they say they will do. Finally, they charged us $6K for the tow which seemed exorbitant based on past experiences. Since I'm not in the industry, I sent 20+ pictures and videos of the wreck to a large local company we've used many times to price check. This other company said they would have charged about half and said many of the charges on the invoice were inflated. All in all, this company provided poor service, didn't keep their word, and charged twice market rates. I'd caution anybody who is considering using them (especially businesses).

He was friendly and got me in and out as quick as anyone reasonably could. What I appreciated most is he was familiar with my old car and its quirks. As my car has aged, I've had trouble getting it to pass emissions, not because of actual emissions problems (I've had my mechanic fix those), but because of electrical issues. Jeffery knew exactly what to do. The shop I get my car serviced at around the corner, Eurotech, referred me to Rapid Rotation. Because of the direct referral, Rapid Rotation knocked $5 off my emissions test fee. They charged me $20 when it's normally $25, so that was nice. Rapid Rotation is kind of like an older, smaller, locally-owned Discount Tire. It's more along the lines of a humble mom and pop shop. Unlike Discount Tire, they also do oil changes, change air filters, service transmissions, drain and fill radiators, service differentials, and change wiper blades. The prices seem fair and in line with other shops. For example, an oil change is $30 ($60 for full synthetic) and a transmission service is $125. There are two Rapid Rotation locations: this one in Marietta and one in Kennesaw. This one is in a small strip (East Marietta Automotive Center) with other auto service shops. The parking lot is packed with cars. The shop itself is old (over 20 years in business) and no-frills. They have a waiting room with windows into the garage (there's actually an "Emissions Test Viewing Area"), a TV, magazines, and a restroom for customer use. During my visit, the TV was tuned to CMT. They have three bays and I saw four employees working when I swung by during my lunch break.

He was talking back about the way I closed my trunk and questioning the fix I was asking for (my bumper pad got scuffed and was completely dislodged when I got my car back. I asked for it to be replaced, he tried to say "are you sure it was damaged from the crash?" I said I had photos and videos to prove it, then he was quiet). They also wanted me to sign a form that said I was "fully satisfied with the work completed" in order to take my car home when the work had, in fact, not been done. This ensued in a 30 minute long argument. I already had to make a trip back to get the piece repaired that they should have done in the first place and they wanted to be absolved of all warranties before the service was complete. However, the next day when I came to get my bumper pad fixed there was a really nice repair man named Rodney who helped me. It was a night and day difference from the first worker I interacted with the day prior. He was helpful, friendly and got me done pretty quickly. He made a comment about whoever stuck this damaged pad back on didn't even put it on properly- he had difficulties getting it off without damaging the fresh paint. The actual work on my car was fine and I am satisfied with it, however it would have been ideal if it had all been completed at one time. I had to take off work to come get my car only to be told I had to come back again the next day to get the bumper pad fixed. It should have been replaced with everything else in the first place, especially since they stuck a damaged pad back on the fresh paint of the bumper. And then because when I received my car it was literally hanging off the car; the glue was not adhered at all. I will say that my car had a lot more dirt in it than when I brought it to the business. There was grass and dirt all over my mats. Plus the plastic liner in my trunk had a huge white scuff mark on it that was not there previously. 5 stars for Rodney, 4 stars for the repair on my car, 1 star for my experience when I first picked up my car and the salesperson was very rude.
