The first day I received my car there were still damages to be fixed. I spoke with the person on duty, who was very rude and demeaning. He was talking back about the way I closed my trunk and questioning the fix I was asking for (my bumper pad got scuffed and was completely dislodged when I got my car back. I asked for it to be replaced, he tried to say "are you sure it was damaged from the crash?" I said I had photos and videos to prove it, then he was quiet). They also wanted me to sign a form that said I was "fully satisfied with the work completed" in order to take my car home when the work had, in fact, not been done. This ensued in a 30 minute long argument. I already had to make a trip back to get the piece repaired that they should have done in the first place and they wanted to be absolved of all warranties before the service was complete. However, the next day when I came to get my bumper pad fixed there was a really nice repair man named Rodney who helped me. It was a night and day difference from the first worker I interacted with the day prior. He was helpful, friendly and got me done pretty quickly. He made a comment about whoever stuck this damaged pad back on didn't even put it on properly- he had difficulties getting it off without damaging the fresh paint. The actual work on my car was fine and I am satisfied with it, however it would have been ideal if it had all been completed at one time. I had to take off work to come get my car only to be told I had to come back again the next day to get the bumper pad fixed. It should have been replaced with everything else in the first place, especially since they stuck a damaged pad back on the fresh paint of the bumper. And then because when I received my car it was literally hanging off the car; the glue was not adhered at all. I will say that my car had a lot more dirt in it than when I brought it to the business. There was grass and dirt all over my mats. Plus the plastic liner in my trunk had a huge white scuff mark on it that was not there previously. 5 stars for Rodney, 4 stars for the repair on my car, 1 star for my experience when I first picked up my car and the salesperson was very rude. read more

The lack of communications is staggering. Car was supposed to be ready Wednesday, then I'm told that that they received the new bumper, painted it, only to discover that it was damaged, supposed to be ready Thursday, nope, told Friday AM, went there at opening to be told it was not ready, broken headlight mount. Maybe Friday afternoon. Unless I called I only heard from them once, to set up initial drop off. Zip Zilch Zero Nada, no communications. Would never use them ever again. read more

Jerry greeted us with a smile near closing time and I explained that my wife's pride and joy 2006 Scion XB had been leaking from the sunroof in heavy rain. We were ready to pay more than the car is worth to get it repaired. Jerry said if I can get the keys from you I will unclog the drains for free right now. We are now a customer for life. I brought my vehicle to this location for a Progressive Insurance Claim repair. They had great service, and were pleasant and timely. The two young ladies that work the front desk were incredibly cordial. It was a smooth and seamless process, all the way down to the rental car pickup and drop off. There was a small snafu with how much I was supposed to pay at the end of the process, but Matt went above and beyond to get it straightened out. I brought my practically new 2021 CR-V to Prime Collision with front end damage. I was immediately welcomed by their kind two receptionists even though I did not have an appointment, and it was late on a Friday. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the very professional lobby. Quickly, I was greeted and introduced to Jerry who looked over the damage and gave me a fair estimate. After a handshake, he then got right to work ordering parts. This collision repair facility is a real joke. A repair for a rear bumper takes more than a week and the quality is horrible, whomever QC's the employees work needs to get fired. The first repair was horrible, the didn't mask the inside of the quarter panels and you can see the overspray, one of the rear bumper clips broke and they didn't replaced, it was just hanging, the actual bumper had debris painted over. We left my car for another 4 days and when I went to pick it up my car the rear bumper molding was missing. I had to talk to the shop foreman to get it done. They don't care for customer service at all. I hope I will never had to return to this place. read more

"Estimate" is not in their vocabulary. Unless "estimate" means "complete repairs without notification or discussion with vehicle owner". Had an accident, sent my car to nearby mechanic who transferred it here for an estimate on bumper repair for full damage assessment. Didn't hear back for 4 days (neither I nor mechanic) come to find out that they went ahead with full repairs in spite of the direct request of ESTIMATE. Work done was great, no qualms (hence the stars). But either they're idiots or just really shady. Now I'm being forced to pay for repairs that I may or may not have wanted. Not that my wishes mattered. There was a small discount. But that doesn't make up for the almost $1k that had to be spent and general frustration of their "oops". This is my first review because this is the angriest I've ever been at a business' foolishness. read more

I'm sorry for the delayed review. This place was on my State Farm List of approved repair shops. I was suspect. But when I went they were very laid back, gave a good estimate and repair time. Long story short they did an AMAZING job. They fixed my number. I've tried VERY hard to see any mismatch in color or fit for the past year. NOTHING!! We even had a mixup with payment where I received a large check that they should have gotten. The young lady at the front desk simply called me and told me the mixup and was like..." just drop it off when you can". I really appreciated that they didn't freak out or become hostile over the check...or assume I was trying to scam them. That would have really pissed me off! I dealt with Daniel. Had a Front end replaced about a year ago after an accident. They did good work but they did not primer the front properly and such as it over the course of 6 months there were a ton of white cracks all over the front, way more now that a year is coming up. I took it back as my paperwork said I had a "Lifetime" Guarantee, which was untrue as the owner explained its normal driving conditions? Which he gave my a quote of around $600.00 to fix it. Well if it was properly primered in the first place wouldn't have needed that. Lost my business and I will get it repaired at a more reputable repair shop that honors their guarantee. read more

I took the RX350 to this location because they are Amica certified. I went there with really no expectations at all. I was stunned at the finished product. They repaired the front bumper, rear and front passenger side doors as well as a small ding on the rear drivers side door. As was astonished at the quality of work. These folks are the easiest and most honest people I've ever dealt with regarding my car, and that's saying a lot! I drive @40,000 miles a year and need service often. I've been in 2 accidents over the last 18 months (neither were my fault, at a complete stop with my foot firmly on the brake for both) and Prime took great care of me, from a clean and comfortable waiting room, delivery as promised, professional attitude without feeling like you're being talked down to, and going the extra mile. They haven't finished the job, but I'm already having a mediocre experience. I may update this after the repairs are finished. They did a good job on the initial estimate, which is why I gave it 2-stars. It's been down-hill from there. I called them this morning to check on the repair, and Morgan told me they had the wrong part. She seemed totally unfazed by this and said it "just happens" sometimes. Well it shouldn't happen at all unless they ordered the wrong part or their vendor screwed up. The customer never wants to hear that it "just happens". They want to hear that you're doing everything you can to prioritize this and make sure it gets done because this never should've happened. Now I have to go another day without a car. We'll see how the repair work looks. read more

We used Prime Collision for the first time about 7 years ago. The shop was recommended to us by our mechanic. We have used them 4 or 5 times for various body repairs. We picked up our son's car yesterday that we took in for front and back bumper repair. We have dealt with Matt on at least 2 of the visits. We have always had a pleasant experience even when spending money we don't want to spend on car mishaps. Estimates are accurate, the repairs are always done when promised, everyone we have dealt with has been very nice and the repairs look perfect. Highly recommend. I gave two stars because this place did a good job with a bumper repair. Now regarding alignment/bearing work that they don't do in house and dealing with the insurance company they really battle for the insurance company to deny work that they say is pre-existing like in my case the front bearing that worked perfectly fine before the accident. Then they go outsource the work to the dealership for an estimate of a bunch of work that was not needed like a lower control arm that was perfectly fine. In the end I didn't need a lower control arm I just needed a front bearing that really didn't cost that much and now the car drives perfectly straight(no lower control arm needed thank you). Find a body shop that does its own alignment and doesn't outsource and suggest repairs with work you might not really need. Finally I agree with the other review that estimate is not in their vocabulary because again they only do body shop work and outsource other work. also newsflash a car hit in the rear where the laws of physics tells us energy from the back is transferred to the front and can indeed damage a front bearing and yes they where right it can't damage a lower control arm because it was never damaged. read more
