Had to have passenger-side rearview mirror replaced, for which they gave me an immediate estimate--and warned me that its connections might need to be recalibrated for extra charges. They got the mirror in, set a convenient time for installing it, and had it ready as promised. It was all done very expeditiously and the service guys were friendly and helpful. This is the absolute worst shop in the world to fix your auto/body issues. I took an $80K Denali there for a repair and it took them over a month, four visits and I STILL had to deal with my insurance issues because they would not. Skip these guys. After having to come back three more times to get my truck fixed, I still had rusty bolts, wavy paint, and (what looked like) sheetrock dust all over my vehicle (?), they still didn't finish the job. These young folks obviously didn't build this business, they were given it. Terrible work, terrible customer service, and they work bankers' hours, apparently. These guys did an amazing job, they really went above and beyond! Full wax -even fixed the clear coat on some spots that needed it! Steam cleaned carpets, full interior and exterior detail- all for $70! They also drove the car to find an additional rattle I noticed. Found the problem, fixed the problem, no additional charge. All-Tech did a great job in repairing the front end of my Camry, which had been damaged in an accident, replacing the hood, grill, front fender, and one headlight. They performed lens restoration work on the other headlight that was not part of the repair. The paint color of the new O.E.M. parts matched the rest of the car perfectly, and they sealed the urethane paint with clear coat sealer. All parts fit perfectly and the hood closes like it did when the car was new. All-Tech contacted the insurance company and got everything taken care of, eliminating any hassle with the insurance company for me. They kept me constantly informed, and had the work completed on time. I felt like I was driving a new car when I left their body shop. These guys are real professionals!
