I've been using elite a lot lately and I love them. The first time I used them a a couple years ago their shuttles didn't come frequently enough but they are much better with it now. They're probably one of the furthest off site parkings from the airport but are also the cheapest I've found. If you make a reservation directly on their website it's $7 a day and you get a free day for every 7 days you book (I'm one day away from this so I'll update with whether or not I get the free day). The service is great and they give you a card to give back to the driver so they know where to drop you off after you return. The airport pickup spot is now where Uber's pick up (follow signs to LN1) read more

I was charged a full extra day at full rate even though I was there less than 5 full days and paid 5 full days. They based it on my estimated arrival and departure even though that was less than 5 full calendar days. Shuttle took long to arrive at airport, no water. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! After returning from our flight we waited over an hour on the shuttle. Finally another driver from a completely different company told us no one was coming. I attempted several times to contact someone and was unsuccessful. Another shuttle driver from a different company told me I had to UBER to the parking garage to get my car. When I made it there I was approached by a fat sloppy pig with an attitude, who thought it was funny. To keep the peace I just looked at her until she went back in the office and another employee directed me on how to submit for a refund.. They are UNPROFESSIONAL! No one cared to email, call, text or even send a smoke signal! After traveling the last thing you want to do is deal with ignorant companies like this.. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Great experience! I left my car here for 4 days and have no complaints. No ants, damage, or overpaying like some of the other reviews suggest. I booked my reservation and prepaid online (through On Air Parking). A barcode was emailed to me immediately that let me in and out of the lot without hassle. When I arrived, the lady at the gate was super nice, the shuttle met me at my car immediately, and I was dropped off at the airport in less than 10 min. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle was waiting outside when I got there and I was back at my car in no time. I'll absolutely park here again next time I fly out of Atlanta. read more

Beware of ants! If it's raining while you're gone, and your car's interior has not recently been cleaned bring the ant spray. Yuck. My car was covered with thousands of them inside and out. Good news? They were very helpful in killing the ants before we left, so we could drive home with minimal bites. They will allow you to double up on Groupons, but I'm not sure I want to park that far away from the airport, wait a particularly long time to get a ride back to the lot to save only a few bucks a day. Parking at Elite was quick and streamline. We purchased our pass through spot hero. Once we scanned at the gate with our spot hero app, we followed the staff to a parking spot. Immediately after parking, the shuttle picked us up. We waited about five minutes for the shuttle to swoop up some other people (totally understandable). Then were dropped at the airport. Upon return from our trip, we proceeded to the off-airport parking area. We waited about 10 minutes before the shuttle arrived. We were then driven straight to our car. Would highly recommend Elite for off-airport parking. Reasonable time to the airport and affordable. read more

I parked here for a 5 day trip and everything about it exceeded my expectations. The shuttle met me at my car to take me to the airport. then upon my return, my flight was delayed by several hours and I didn't arrive until the wee hours of the morning. I had called before my flight with concerns about how to get to my car and was assured that they run their shuttles 24 hours a day. When I finally made it to the off-site shuttle pickup area, they were there. When I loaded the shuttle, the driver asked if I was the one who had called about a shuttle. My choice for EAP was random, I found a deal on Groupon and took it. EAP was actually much cheaper than most of the areas near the airport. It was very easy to make a reservation online. I really liked the fact that I could cancel with a full refund if needed. It was very easy for my first time arriving, we just had to scan the barcode we printed out and went right in. Once we were parked and getting our stuff out of the car there was already a bus pulling around right to our car so we could step onto the shuttle. The driver was very polite with helping us get our bags. She gave us a card with the car space written down so when we arrived back they would know exactly where our car was. The drive was easy and pleasant to the airport. They dropped off us at the domestic part, but was a very short walk to the international shuttle so it was no big deal at all. Our driver explained everything very well to make sure we got into the airport and didn't get turned around. I received an email a day or two before coming back reminding us where to go for our shuttle and a number to call if we arrived after midnight so make sure we didn't have to wait long. Upon our arrival back to the US a shuttle pulled up no longer than a few minutes after we arrived. Once again our driver was very helpful getting our bags onto the shuttle and drove us right to our car. When we left we scanned the barcode on our paperwork and left within seconds. While this isn't a covered and/or air conditioned parking lot, it wasn't important to me to keep my car in an area like that. I'd rather save my money and spend it on other things. They also did not have a car wash included, but once again, that wasn't something important to me so I didn't mind at all. I would definitely use this service again. read more

DO NOT USE ELITE AIRPORT PARKING. I was abandoned at the airport with no ride whatsoever. I am a 22 year old female. This was not safe for me to be standing around with nowhere to go when I paid them to take me to the airport and pick me up. Their shuttles were not "working." I didn't even receive an email in advance to plan accordingly. I was also promised a refund and I have not been reimbursed in any way. This incident occurred in January. We all want fast service especially when catching a flight. Upon arrival, while cars flowed in, the driver kept adding passengers. Ok, not a huge deal, but again, everyone was ready to go, but then one more car, and then another. Enough already. Maximizing your profit is making every anxious. Finally we're off. Nope, just kidding..... We pulled out the back of the lot, around the front, and back we go to enter in and get one more car. They happened to have 6-8 suitcases. No excuses for this ridiculousness. The bus, finally packed full, headed off. Getting you quickly to the airport is not in the Company motto. Or back for that matter. On the return, the bus slot was empty and perhaps 5 minutes passed before they arrived. The other parking buses were in and out like crazy. This was Labor Day weekend, so high volume should have been expected. I'd give less stars, but they are new, and hopefully can improve. For $4/ per day savings and you have time to spare, a great option. All equipment is brand new. read more

Initially a 5 stars experience. The girls were informative and literally picked me right up with the shuttle and got me to airport within 10-15 minutes. Kind school teacher driving. Pick up was a different story. Found ground transportation and got down to space 47. Nothing for 25 minutes! The Parking Spot has the most amount of vehicles circulating. I'd try them next. Once the vehicle finally arrived, we got a quiet hello and then sat there with no explanation. Finally we asked if we could go, no one else was around for the shuttle. Customer service win!! Shuttle was immediate on way out of town and I only had to wait a few min when I got back. Left my phone in the car on way out of town and driver took me back to my car and got me back to airport safely but fast. Wish I could remember his name! Then I left my overhead light while I was away on so my battery died. When the portable battery charger the office lent me didn't work fast enough (thanks for trying!) I've been using this place for three years very often, but something has changed. My last two experiences have been awful -The price doubled -they don't have a voicemail and they never pick up their phone -their shuttles are incredibly slow. Most other companies have three or four shuttles pass you while you stand waiting for them to come pick you up. -their shuttles are disgusting and broken down -they sent me a receipt in the middle of my vacation for zero dollars saying my vehicle had left the lot. I called them and expressed concern that I was still gone but my car is reported to be missing from the lot, and ask them if they would go check on it. For the next three days I called them every two hours only to get the response oh yeah, I forgot, I'll get somebody right on that. They never actually went and looked, but they claimed that someone watch the cameras and never saw my car leave. Funny thing is they said that days after my vehicle registered as having left the lot, so they're claiming to have watched over 72 hours worth of footage. I call BS. For the price these guys are charging park literally anywhere else. Their service is garbage. read more

They are slow with their pick up and drop off. I called them at 7:30 and several other brands came and went to her three times before I laid showed up. Not only are they extremely slow but, they try to trick you with these little extra fees when you're trying to leave the parking lot. And you can't get out of their parking lot unless you pay whatever they demand. My experience with elite airport parking is horrible. I tried the day before to see if I can make a reservation, and the guy on the phone told me that it's first come first serve. I mentioned the groupon and he told me that they do not accept reservation. The next day as I was arriving to elite to check again, the same guy answered. He asked me if I had cashapp, and said that they are full but if I send him $20 immediately he would clear up a parking spot for me by moving another car. I told him that I would call back because I was not willing to pay the $20. And he told me that please dont call back, the offer only valid now, because it'll get me in trouble and for me to have a nice day. Very sketchy to me because how can you clear up a space when the lot is full? Please look into your employees because he seem like he is trying to scam. I did not get to catch his name. Be careful when riding by yourself with an overnight male driver . I think his name starts with a R cause they said it over the radio and he responded but I prefer to not deal with him at all. Don't want to say too much but next time I'm going to request for another driver when I return back to Atlanta . They have only 1 female overnight driver (I'm not good with names but she's super tall) that was super nice and funny . Waited half an hour for the shuttle at the domestic terminal even though they say they come every seven minutes. Even called and they said they were "on the way" ended up coming fifteen minutes later and there were so many people we had to wait for another shuttle. Good Price.....however my car was infested with Ants after 3 days. The shuttle driver picked us up from the airport and announced "if you parked on the gravel you might have an ant problem if you left food in your car"...I didn't have food in my car so I assumed I was okay...WRONG! When I got to my car there were ants everywhere, inside and out. When I asked The attendant up front she simply said...yeah those are sweet ants, they live in trees" the other attendant chimed in saying "yeah it happened to me before"...she then happily asked for my ticket I pulled when I entered and asked for my form of payment. I left my car here for three weeks for Christmas and New Years vacation. When I arrived I instantly got a shuttle service to the airport, and the lady helped me with my heavy luggage. When I came back, the shuttle service wait was only 2 minutes. They were a great price, it was like 95 dollars total. Luckily we prepaid and just had to show the barcode when checking out at the cashier line. The only downside is that they don't have covered areas, so your car is not protected against the weather. Highly recommend for longer stays at a parking space in Atlanta for travel. read more

Is zero stars an option? Our car was broken into on this lot (window shattered) and the company is not going to do anything to help cover the damages. Apparently, it's not their fault that someone cut a hole in the fence and broke into a bunch of cars. This has happened multiple times over the course of several months and nothing has been done to improve security, which is sheer negligence on their part. There are signs at the entrance indicating that the lot is patrolled and cameras are in use, but that only applies to a small portion of the lot. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The $5 you may save per day is not worth the $200 you will have to come out of pocket for damages when some lowlife smashes your window. read more

I found this parking lot after doing a price comparison search online. They had an AMAZING parking deal.I've used them three times. Overall good customer service and location but it can take forever leaving and getting to the lot. It appears that there are only two shuttles on duty at all times. Rather than do one pass, the shuttle can circle the lot several times to pick people up people...one time we circled the entire lot twice before leaving. Of the three times I used the service, the shuttle was never there when I returned to go back to the lot. I suppose its a tradeoff - speed or price. As long as they have a good deal I will continue to use them - I'll just give myself plenty of time to get to the airport before my flight. read more

This company has proven to be the ABSOLUTE BEST Park and Fly Airport Shuttle service I have ever used. The staff was very polite, helpful, and ultimately extremely concerned with providing the best customer service experience. My husband, daughter and myself travelled from Chattanooga, TN to catch a flight out of Atlanta to Baltimore, MD for our son's wedding. 30 miles away my car's electrical system began fail. We made it to Elite barely making it into the parking spot before the car completely died. One of the windows did not roll up. But the attendants assured me they would cover the car with plastic if there was bad weather. I was completely stressed out however the two drivers were very kind. They helped calm me down, assisted through a mental checklist and got us to the airport. During our return the original flight was cancelled. I called Elite and the pleasant voice on the other end assured me my car would ne fine.When we returned my car did not start... the staff helped boost the car but there were other issues which prevented us from leaving. During the uneventful 3hr wait for Roadside Assistance, the staff was very helpful, caring and concerned about our wellbeing. They went above and beyond to help us get home. There are so many people there who played a major part in is getting home safely; but one in particular went waaaaay out of her way to help us. When though we tried to pay her, she would not accept. Personal shout out to Linda. Everyone was Amazing. I thank you ALL! I pray nothing like that happens again. But I will not use any other service but Elite. read more

I called the lot and spoke to a manager on duty to be told unfortunately my window had been busted. They stated that they chased off the suspects over their barbed wire fence. Upon my return yesterday 10/4/2018 i notice a HUGE HOLE in their fence in two spots not far from my truck! This way at least 24 hrs after the break in! $235 dollar window and missing items cost me $700 worth of damages! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE AFFECTED! The lot only offered 6 days of free parking! Cheap Price BUT VERY EXPENSIVE DAMAGE!!!!!!!!! My car was damaged here. When I contacted management to report the incident and inquire about cameras I was told that no one told her about an accident and if she damaged someone's car she'd leave her information, as if patrons, employees, or vendors are always honest. Parking here doesn't even deserve one star. I do not recommend parking here. I waited at the airport for about 30 minutes for an elite airport parking shuttle to come get me. As I was waiting, the other parking lots (such as Peachy Airport Parking) had 5 shuttles come and go. As I was talking to the ATL airport staff, they let me know that this company only has 4 shuttles.
