I have used this service consistently over the past year, and unfortunately the wait times have been consistently excessive. There have been multiple occasions where I've waited more than 20 minutes just for the shuttle van to arrive. While the staff is usually quick to take the vehicle upon arrival, the return shuttle process is often delayed because drivers wait to pick up multiple additional passengers, even when those passengers are not yet ready. I understand the process and the desire to maximize efficiency, but timely transportation to the airport is extremely important. Because of these ongoing delays and inefficiencies, this will be my last time using this service. In my experience, other providers operate much more efficiently and reliably. read more

After landing in Atlanta airport I notified them I was waiting and kept tracking the shuttles on the app. After waiting 45 minutes my husband called to check on the status of a shuttle. The shuttle had shown they were on the way. The dispatcher told my husband it would be about a 10 minute wait. After waiting over an hour I called back and asked when the shuttle would be there and dispatched proceeded to call my husband a liar and said that the shuttle was on the way bat had to turn around to go back to base but was yet again on the way. Our experience with this shuttle services was disappointing. It took about 40 minutes just to get to the parking area, which felt excessive--especially since other shuttle companies had more vans running and much shorter wait times. To make matters worse, it was very cold, and we were waiting outside with kids, which made the delay even harder. Once we finally boarded, I got hurt on my thigh because of an exposed metal piece from a broken seat belt. That should have never been overlooked--it's a safety hazard. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by Wally Park. When I entered, the lady working the booth was very nice and told me where I could park. I was out of my car for 1 minute when the shuttle bus came to pick me up. The driver was friendly and made sure we knew where to go to be picked up on arrival back. I only waited about 5 minutes to be picked up. I was then taken right to my car. I parked in covered parking and the rates were very reasonable. WallyPark has redeemed themselves since my last review! As usual I booked my reservation online. I arrived, scanned in and began to search for the covered parking I paid for. Luckily I found one of the few spots left which took a while. I don't like that partially covered parking in the area I parked. But I dealt with it. I wonder if there is ever a time when someone shows up and doesn't receive the parking they paid for. The shuttle came not too long after I parked and took us over to the airport. When I returned, the shuttle picked me up from the airport in a timely fashion. Glad things are operating on a more normal basis again. read more

After reading through numerous negative reviews prior to choosing Wally Park, I decided to try it for myself. There were so many reviews saying the wait time after parking your car for the shuttle was like 20-30 minutes. Not at all for me! It was so easy to scan my QR code at the gate for covered self-parking, quickly found a parking space and before I could get out the car for real, there was a shuttle pulling up behind me to scoop me up. The driver asked if I needed help with my bags and waited patiently for me to get my things out the car. I was in the shuttle, at the airport and dropped off in less than 5 minutes. Great first impression! I'm just hoping that the experience retrieving my car is just as simple + painless. read more

Philly Airport Location - Very disorganized. No one gives you decent instructions on where to park when you pull in. The shuttle driver gets annoyed and the customers are all confused. At airport arrival, the app and website didn't work. The number to text to get a shuttle no longer works even though it is in the confirmation email instructions. Do not us this company for International flights. When you park your vehicle and ride to the airport you are also on the same shuttle with domestic travelers and it will take you 30 minutes to get to the International side because they will drop off domestic travelers first. On your return I called as instructed and was told I had to take an airport shuttle bus to the Domestic terminal- which was a 15 minutes wait at least! Then, they dropped everyone off at the Rental Car Return area instead of the Shuttle bus to Wally parking area. So we had to take 4 escalators to get to the airport transit which is another shuttle to domestic baggage area. Whew! So not acceptable! if you aren't going to fully service International travelers then don't offer the service to begin with. Other options are available. read more

Don't park at WallyPark near Atlanta Airport. My car got damaged there, I opened the claim at the site. The car that hit me was right next to me when I got there, my car paint was on the car next to me! The staff took many pictures, I wasted many minutes filing a paper claim and It took them 2 weeks to say that I parked at my own risk. Had a convenient experience with pickup and drop off 5 minutes parking to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson airport. Pickup Shuttle driver "Evelyn Hye" was super courteous, time-bound. Thanks to her for a wonderful job ! With a smiling face, she offered a chilled bottle of water in this crazy heat. Took the suitcase from my hands and placed it safely. There was no wait and dropped off pretty comfortably in the same parking spot as where I was picked by another shuttle two days back. For some reason, all parking was "full" at the ATL airport when we were trying to drop our daughter for an international flight with her grandparents. We decided to park at Wally and shuttle over since we didn't have much choice. First, I booked a reservation for the time we were there but it changed it to 4 hours later. Had to cancel that and just go in the standard way which means I'm paying twice and waiting for the cancellation to refund my money. The lady was very nice and said she was getting us a shuttle to international, which they don't do often so she says which make zero sense to me. Per their website and the text we received, they go every 30 min. But whatever! We gathered all our things and got out, thinking we were going to be waiting a bit in the lobby, but a bus pulled up behind our truck and said he was to take us. We didn't verify "international" so when we arrived at domestic and asked, he had us get off, walk to the Atl international shuttle and then take it to that terminal. We finally arrived an hr and a half after we should have been there had they had parking. Good thing we planned to arrive super early. Got our daughter met up with the grands and we called to ask for a pickup. We were told where to go to wait. We waited 45 min and called 4x (each time they say someone will be there 5-15 minutes) and no one ever showed up so we finally took the international shuttle back to domestic to catch the shuttle we thought would be more often. Went through that whole process only to then sit here 20+ minutes with over 20 other people, with no help from Wally personnel when you call. Other people were calling and complaining. It was hot and most waiting had been traveling all day. We watched MANY of the other companies buses come and go! Use Park N Fly, Jiffy, Park Atl, the parking spot, anyone but Wally! First off they took 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport after we called them and another family had already been waiting over an hour! This all happened this past July 7th 2025. Waited 20 minutes to get picked up by a shuttle, then got directed to another shuttle that just happens to be dropping off as well and to end up getting picked up by a different shuttle that was in the middle of dropping off. Sometimes you gotta take a gamble to be on time or late depending on how these shuttles move. read more

They're so bad compared to the other shuttle services, bad and had the nerve to go up on the price. In the time you have to wait on your shuttle 4 pre flight, 3 Parking Spot & 6 park n' fly will have pulled up and pulled off before you can get 1 Wally Park shuttle. You can tell they're trying to cut cost and figure out how to manage with less ppl but at the busiest airport in the world you can't do that. My wife usually uses Wally Park exclusively when she flies. She notified me that one of her tires was showing low on the computer when she was parking for a trip. I called to ask if they could assist as I would assume this is a common occurrence. I was told that this was not the parks responsibility and I was welcome to call a tow truck..
