But still, we saw an apartment with him, met the landlord, we liked the place and the guy, and we put a $500 deposit down on the apartment. Two days later, Jose calls and gives us some story about how the unit is being rented now to the landlord's niece, and it's no longer available. Good news, though: he has another apartment to show us. So back out we go to see another place, in which we notice mouse trap papers right off the bat, so no to that place. He shows us one more, and another of his agents is there at the same exact time, with another set of clients! Jose is urging us to make a decision right then and there, before we lose this place to those people - even though he still has our deposit! He didn't even tell us the rent or terms for this new apartment! We told him we wanted a refund, went back to the office with him, and he gave us a check back for $480, telling us they had to keep the $10 per person to pay for our credit reports - despite the fact that they cancelled this apartment on us and we are dissatisfied. Proceeded to request the refund for the credit reports from the owner, who was quite rude and offered us $10 to squash things and leave. Wouldn't advise using this place, at all.

She kept giving me attitude about being at the wrong place, but she was the one who screwed up. I went to the address in the listing. How am I in the wrong? Being a realtor is not hard. You get keys to an apartment and show the apartment to potential renters. There is not much to it. Somehow she screwed up even that. Don't bother with this agency.

When it came time to sell the house, Jennifer calculated the best time to put it on the market, and did deep research into what someone would be willing to pay knowing that the house needed to be renovated. She then set the asking price. She marketed the property beautifully with gorgeous photos, marketing documents and set up a website for this particular house. We put the house up for sale on a Tuesday, and we had a very good offer the next morning which we accepted. Jennifer was right on with the asking price and brought us the perfect buyer - cash, no contingencies. I was thrilled with how Jennifer handled everything.
