We payed all the money including the fees of realtor (her). We were promised to get hardwood flooring however disappointingly, instead we got carpeted apartment. She did nothing to help us although we payed all her fee. Secondly, she completely MISLEAD us about the hygiene condition of the place. Since, we saw a review on yelp that pointed about the infestation of mice / Roaches at the place we were about to rent, We asked her directly if the place has any such condition. With all her confidence she convinced us that the place is free of any problem. We moved in and found a lot of mice and roaches !!! We emailed her about the situation but she never contacted us back. So now we stuck until our lease is over ! My sincere advice is to not use the service. Neither they keep their words nor they are responsible for any promise they make.

For if you have, you have likely already experienced perhaps the most seamless and personable rental process in history. Not only was she very easy to speak to over the phone, but she was empathetic and accommodating with regards my constraints (I emphasize this as it was a holiday). I have a habit of moving at a fast pace, which was pushed into overdrive considering flight-determined deadline. While this can, from time to time, throw most people off or be a little overwhelming, she managed to get everything done with the highest level of professionalism and in record time. He said he would email me my credit score and I should explain anything by notes so he could bring it to the owner. She kept giving me attitude about being at the wrong place, but she was the one who screwed up. I went to the address in the listing. How am I in the wrong? Being a realtor is not hard. You get keys to an apartment and show the apartment to potential renters. There is not much to it. Somehow she screwed up even that. Don't bother with this agency.

The tenants are all lower class dirt bags who litter throughout the neighborhood as they walk around with their countless children. The noise from that building is offensive and, in general, they are a complete nuisance and disrespectful of their neighbors. SLUM!
