Service was friendly. When I called the lady talked about insurance not paying for OEM window. I should've asked more questions about what OEM means. I later found out that day as I went to get my window retinted with an aftermarket glass, tint would not match perfectly with rest of my windows. I would've paid to upgrade the window if I knew that but its too late. I hope this helps someone if you have tinted windows and need to replace your cars orginal, you may want the OEM kind. read more

My Acura MDX was broken into and vandalized and both the windshield and side window were shattered, obviously needing replacement. John at Elite was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the process and my options. He was able to request Acura/dealer glass and have it approved by my insurance company. For the side window, a mobile unit was sent directly to my home, and it was so convenient! Andrew did the work, even fixing a disconnected regulator? that proved a tricky task but Andrew's can-do, solution oriented approach got it reconnected and working again, and just like that- my side window was good as new! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and vacuumed up all the broken glass pieces nicely! Once approval was given for the Acura glass windshield, it was promptly ordered and delivered in two days. John scheduled me for first thing the next morning and his team worked on removing the old windshield. They ran into some hurdles left by a previous replacement years ago, but with that same problem-solving work ethic, Andrew totally slayed by resolving it quickly and recalibrating the safety system and ensuring all was well- in under two hours!! They even sent me on my merry way with a large can of glass cleaner for my windows and mirrors!! So I highly recommend Elite Auto Glass on Thornton Rd. for all your auto glass needs!! This is an update. I'll pass on a refund. I believe initially when I was told the chip would spread I should have been given an idea of how soon this company felt the chip would spread and the reason why they felt it would spread so soon. The first chip they repaired, the crack went across the windshield. The second chip they repaired the crack was up and down but exact same size chip and crack initially. When my first chip was done by this company I do not remember being told my chip could spread. Before knowing about their refund policies I had already gotten my windshield replaced. I stand behind my review and I don't believe the second repair was even cured properly or done properly. Finding a way to try and get me to spend more money is not very ethical. read more
