After one month, there were some bubbles that still had not evaporated from the installation and Chris returned to attempt to fix them. After another month, I informed Chris that the bubbles were still present. He assured me that under his warranty, he would replace the three panels that required replacing but needed to wait for another window film order. Month after month, I checked in with him. Responses were slow, and now after 9 months I have given up. One star for not fulfilling on his warranty promises.

My trucks rear window had come lose and water was leaking in. I called 4 different companies asking if they could pull it out and reinstall. Evey one of them said it could break and made attempts to push me into a new window. Romeo provided me with several options and prices for what I wanted done. I pulled out the window, without breaking it and brought it down to them to have reinstalled. The placed was busy, but my overall time was less than 1 hour. Met Romeos brother,who is a top notch guy; friendly, funny and all business when it was needed. I left there with my window intact, my wallet in good shape and a 2017 car calendar. In---$138---Out! 1989 Ford Ranger front windshield. I had the windshield replaced in 2004 as it had a bad crack. Apparently one of the 5 trim parts lacked the clips to keep it in place as the installer had used glue, which was a job I decided to do while the guy worked on the window. That gave me the chance to paint them also. "Nick" replaced the missing clips and did a wonderful finishing job. The installation includes one-year chip repair--normally $35. Lastly, they have a glass polishing paste that gets water spots out--for $10. I am Happy! read more

I called around to several glass shops and this location was the least expensive. I didn't need to make an appointment and the service took about an hour. When I arrived the place was super busy and I thought for sure it would take more time to service my car but it didn't. I was in and out within the hour just as I was told. Labor has a life time warranty and one year chip repair for free. I had my front window placed for $203 (including tax). read more

I was really upset at how fast a chip in my windshield went to a full blown crack all the way across in a matter of hours. I called around to a few places, but Low Price Auto Glass was truly the lowest price. When I went in that morning I was greeted and taken care of promptly. I was in and out in just under 30 minutes. 07/11/17..just got back from having my passenger window installed. Professional on the phone and in person. Waited maybe 1 1/2 hours ish...in a waiting room that was clean , no a/c (first world problem) but considering he saved me $245 off the cost that safety lite quoted I think I can handle it.
