These guys took care of me with a windshield chip repair. Fair price on service and if the windshield cracks within a certain timeframe they will apply the cost of the repair toward a new windshield. Call ahead for an appointment to make sure a technician is there to fix it. The office is very small with just a couple chairs to wait while your car is repaired. I had my windshield replaced due to a crack in it. They came out to my mom and both employees were so wonderful. I'm 3 days I noticed I had some condensation built up on the inside of my windows and damp seats. I called and voiced my concern. The woman I was speaking with was super nice and let me drop my car off that night to be picked up the next day. They did the water test and it turned out it was not my windshield. The owner came and looked at my car and let me know it was a defect with the vehicle I had that the 3rd brake light above my back window was missing a bolt and that caused water in my trunk. Had back window replaced on our truck. Was told too be back by 5pm for pickup. We arrived at 4:30 and the place was closed no one was in the shop or office. We had too call their other locations too find out what was going on. The office lady had an emergency and had too leave. Ok, understandable, but we should of been called or a note should of been posted on the door. We were told the shop guys would be there within the next half hour. We waited patiently. Upon, their arrival they got out of their work truck walked right by my husband who was waiting opened the doors and got his truck out. Not only did he not get a "hello" there was no effort put forth for a simple "sorry man, here's your truck". Thank you for waiting! Etc... nothing was said! I checked the prices at two local Chrysler dealerships, including the one where I bought the truck, and was quoted about $1000 at both for a genuine Chrysler (Mopar) slider window plus labor. So, I started reading online reviews about other resources and hit upon McSparren's in Yelp. Great reviews, so I paid them a visit to get a quote for what I wanted, and it was pretty amazing: about *half* the price of what the Chrysler dealerships wanted, a genuine Mopar window, and I could have it in a few hours on just about any day I wanted.
