I have a 2019 Toyota Camry that has a ton of safety features (so the glass is a bit more expensive and you have to work around a sensor) he reassured me that those features would not be messed with and if anything happened to it, he would take responsibility. He did such an amazing job and as he said - the sensors were fine! I called JMS mid-week and he was able to schedule me for that Saturday morning, he came around the time he said he would and completed the service in an hour. I drove my car around town and noticed I could hear some air leaking, so I contacted him again and we set up another appointment so he could take a look at it and fix it. We sat in the car and drove it around to find the leaks, he worked on it again, and we were good to go. WELL, still heard some leaking after that, so he came back again and redid the ENTIRE service. Now, it is perfect! There are no leaks, it's quality glass, and at the BEST price in the area. This has to be one of the best Yelp finds I've had come across. Alex was the first to respond to my inquiry with the replacement of our 2013 town and country windshield, as opposed to the other 6 companies that had the same inquiry sent to them. Alex was professional and informative from the start and answered all of my questions by laying out the important details of the service. I also mentioned that the previous company that had replaced our windshield twice before ended up as bad experiences, so we were in the market for a new company and experience. Alex definitely delivered. He was more than reasonable with the quick replies and availability that less than 24 hours after our inquiry, our new windshield was installed.
