Only reason it got a star was because I had to give it something. I bought a truck from the Petersburg location and was sold a warranty that would not cover it because of the lift. I had the gentleman when I bought it if he was sure it would cover the truck, he told me yes. Lied right to my face. Then I couldn't get the money back for the warranty after be charged $1,800. He is a liar and a doesn't give a damn about screwing hardworking people out of their money. He will tell you anything to sell you a vehicle. These guys Sieed, Mirza and Ali are as dishonest in every way you imagine. In May of this year (2022) , I witnessed them sell a car they claimed to be in good operating condition to a older woman with disabilities knowing full well it had major engine issues. Within less than 2 weeks, the car completely stopped running. Even though I heard them with my own ears tell her to bring it back if something happened in the first month and they would make it right. They are refusing to help her and denying any responsibility. They reported cosmetic damage due to a previous wreck. What they did not share or disclose on the auto check report was the unibody damage or the bad vehicle timing cam actuator. They had their mechanic look at it but that was not in the auto check report. We found the parts in the truck from their attempt to get the car running. I recently bought a vehicle from this dump. No longer than 10 minutes that I drove it off the lot sensors started going off. The car wasn't serviced before sell. Nothing was topped off under the hood as I had to do that myself the second day after purchase. When I was finally able to get a loaner so the newly purchased vehicle could be serviced, the vehicle that was provided was literally disgusting inside and out. No one took the time to even clean or vacuum the insides. Empty can, advil pills broke open in the cup holder. Grease and slime on the car interior. This place is literally one of the worst places to do busy with in regards to purchasing a vehicle. The customer service is nonexistent. Save your money. Elite auto sold me a totaled vehicle knowing it was given a faulty inspection, at 19 I spent thousands of dollars trying to find a vehicle to get me to and from school and was scammed. Upon request I was told to kick dirt. Not only did they sell me a faulty inspected vehicle, the vehicle had been in a flood, had a fried ECU " computer " and thousands of dollars in repairs needed.
