No accountability for the poor installation and instead of refunding us what it cost to correct, gave us in-shop credit. Used the credit to see why I had been leaking coolant (since the engine replacement) and was told I needed a new radiator. They installed a new one 3 weeks ago and I'm leaking more coolant than I was before! They told me to bring it back in.... yeah right!

Low and behold, one of my rear tires was quite flat. We stopped at Kroll's diner and one of the waitress's suggest we go next door to Tuffy. Since it was a Saturday and there was just Tobey and Michael in the shop, Tobey came from behind the desk to take the car and put on the hoist to look for the leak. Unfortunately, it was not obvious and the tire needed to come off the vehicle. They eventually determined the leak was at the base on the valve stem and replaced. We were back on our way in a couple of hours. Tobey told me if I was not from out of town, given it was a Saturday and limited crew, he would have asked us to come back Monday. I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am of both of them, for not sending us away and addressing our untimely issue. These are good people!! The sheriff deputy that sat with her while waiting for a tow truck recommended Matt's. I was so impressed with the complete diagnostic breakdown they sent that included each price for each repair, and ranked the repair by color (green, yellow, red). When the long list of repairs were made at an extremely reasonable price, the truck ran like new! It seemed to be in great condition. We just (July 2021) moved my daughter to Florida in the same truck that now has 265,000 miles that actually pulled a U-Haul the whole way. It made it with no problem! I credit the incredible work done at Matt's two years ago with that truck still running like new. They are true mechanics that know how to fix vehicles and extend the lifetime of them! It started with them ordering the wrong part so that took an extra week to fix. Then they suggested some fixes that I didn't think the car needed so prolly trying to oversell me. But finally everything is all fixed and I get my car back. Within 15 miles the car is overheated and I pull over to let it cool down. Brought the car back to the shop immediately. They told me they checked the coolant, even had a report on how good it was looking. There was no coolant in my car. This shop is terrible. I spent $5,000 fixing my car with them and paid and extra $300 with another shop to fix the things they screwed up. Also they said they would call me this week to explain the situation to me and I still haven't hear from them. Don't trust them, go somewhere else... seriously
