I was in town for a 4 day workshop, after a 12 hour drive my…read morecar was making scary noises so we knew we should not drive it home without getting it checked out. After spending $1800 a different shop, the noises were still there. We decided we needed a second opinion. The people at Bexley were amazing! They checked the previous work and found the actual problem. The repair service and the staff were wonderful. More importantly, the owner (Kyle), went above and beyond for the comfort of my mother. She was dealing with the car for me and does not like to drive in the city. On the first day that they had the car Kyle called her and told her he wanted to show her the issue, when she said she would grab an Uber, he insisted on picking her up! After he walked her through the issues with the car, he drove her back! During their time in the car together he asked how she was liking Columbus. She said she had not had much time to explore since she had been dealing with the car. She had really wanted to check out the Conservatory but didn't think she would make it after all. The next day Kyle drove her there and bought her the ticket! Then after she had spent the day, he brought her my repaired car! Thank you Kyle for treating my mom (and my car) so well!
