What a difference! Pacific Green duet came over a little over an hour ago, and my carpet is like new. They are well rehearsed and very efficient, have great conversation, went through the house top down, always keeping me updated of their findings. There is no truck or water hose running through the house. It's a manual process, with every step that your carpet needs to be cleaned: vacuum, brush, clean, fluff, brush. This is the first time I used yelp messaging system to communicate with business owners. Jeff the owner, was extreme responsive. I messaged him late on a Saturday night and he replied within an hour. Wow! I was able to communicate with him throughout Sunday as well and we scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment for the following day (Monday). That was awesome! I also want to highlight that they use green non toxic water based citrus cleaner, so it's safe for pets and kids. On the day of cleaning, Djon showed up in the time window as promised and he was courteous and did a fantastic job. He got some of the stains I highlighted to him out and he was super sensitive to me having a baby in the house and made sure he let me know which area he was working so I can move my baby to less noisy area of the house. When I was reaching out to companies for quotes, most of them were aiming for the sky in terms of price. (I provided detailed pictures and a video in my quote so that I could get accurate pricing.) Brian and Joe were fantastic. I was looking for carpet cleaning in our high-rise office, and they were the first ones I found who didn't need to be attached to their truck to do the cleaning. They came in the evening so as not to disrupt our work day, and there is no smell the next day! The carpets look beautiful. Our building management turned out to have extremely stringent insurance requirements and Brian spent soooo much time trying to produce exactly the paperwork that the building wanted. After checking out their website I decided to email them to see if I could get a quote on my house. Less than an hour later Jim got back to me. He answered my questions thoroughly. I made an appointment and that was it. My appointment was three days after I emailed him which was awesome. He was very accommodating and gave me a two hour window when he would be here. Brian had 4 flights of stairs and 2 landingsto clean in our townhome and a Karastan Rug. The stairs were quite the challenge and they are now super clean. Can I just say that this company is amazing? From the day we first contacted up until cleaning, the experience was very pleasant for a cleaning company. The owner, Jeff, worked with me to make an appointment even with a busy schedule. We got a great deal on a 2 bedroom 2 bath carpet cleaning. Brian Garrotto came to clean our carpet today while I was gone, and I seriously haven't seen the carpets this clean even after moving in with brand new carpets. You do have to lift up most of your furniture and store it somewhere that won't get in the way before they clean. We were able to move our furniture back about 5 hours later. He was very friendly to our three cats, which is very important to us because cats absolutely hate loud noises! (Their cleaning products are pet friendly, btw!) One of our cats even followed him around the entire time watching him, and he was more than happy to entertain her! Overall, I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient and thorough carpet cleaning. NOTE: You do have to move your own furniture before they clean. But it is well worth the effort, especially if you have animals that get their fur everywhere. read more

They are great, i have two dogs at home which has caused a big mess for my white carpet. not only did they come by on time, they cleaned my white carpet so that they look cleaner than when i moved into my home. however there were some stains that couldn't be removed but i understood that since the previous renter used bleach to try and remove some stains. they quoted me $150 on the phone however when they came by they reduced it to $120 as that's what they quoted me the last time they came by. it was great that they honored their first visit's quote. they were done within an hour i highly recommend Pacific Green Carpet Cleaning. read more

It's been a year since we moved in to brand new (cream colored) carpets, and it was starting to have some stains. Most of the carpeting is on stairs, and we have a LOT of stairs (about 45 steps+5 landings). They charge $2.50 per stair and $5 per landing. I'm a pretty hands-on type of person and clean my own house on a weekly basis, but I'm so glad I hired these guys to do the carpet cleaning because it's a lot of work and they did such a great job. I called Jeff to make the appointment, and it was super easy to schedule. They had availability right away. Brian was the one that came to do the work. He called to let me know that he was on the way. Very professional and friendly. He even left two sets of shoe covers for us.
