This review isn't about the carpet cleaning itself, as the service never ended up happening. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at noon. That morning, I confirmed with the person who booked it, and they replied that Jeff would be coming. At around 11:15, my doorbell rang , 45 minutes early. I was on a work call but went downstairs and found Jeff at the door. I figured, "better early than late," so I let him in to show him the areas to be cleaned. However, he looked visibly uncomfortable and immediately asked to use my personal bathroom. I politely declined, explaining that I don't allow strangers to use my restroom and that since he was quite early, he should have planned ahead. His response was rude and dismissive ; he said, "Well, I guess I'll be back later. I don't know when that will be," and walked out. The whole exchange felt unprofessional and left a bad impression. When I reached out to the owner to share my experience, he made excuses for the employee instead of addressing the concern. At that point, I decided not to move forward with the cleaning and found another company. Overall, very unprofessional experience from start to finish. read more

They came to clean a rug that my puppy had soiled. I was told it was easy and would take maybe 30-45 minutes. Had to leave so I paid the gentleman and left him go do his work in the backyard where the rug was laid out. Came back and it looked clean but a few hours later when I moved it to dry indoors, the stains were all still visible. Not sure why. Contacted the owner via Yelp with pictures and was immediately refunded. Appreciate the customer service and support. The quick response time alone deserves a good rating, but sadly there's still poo stains on my rug. read more

My cats were sick and had some accidents. Our carpet needed a thorough cleaning, the spot treatment wasn't removing the odors. I needed a non toxic solution bc I have a young child and sensitive pets. They came and cleaned it really well. Odor was there for a few hours as the solution worked. Extremely pleased with the service! I hired them do an in-plant cleaning where they take the rug to clean in their facilities. Took 1 week for turn around. Very courteous and punctual. Appreciate them wearing shoe covers inside my home. When they came for pick up they measured, inspected the rug for any damage, and wrapped it up for transport. My rug was new but a floor model so I asked about rug pads and they also sold me a very good thick one which was delivered along with my clean rug. Found Naturell after requesting some quotes when my dog decided she would take her anger at the new baby out on our area rug. I really appreciated how easy it was to set up the cleaning. We basically did everything over Yelp in a single day. Mike was lovely to deal with and his pricing couldn't be beat. I was impressed he came all the way out to our place in SF (since he seems to be based in the South Bay and arrived right on time. We have ivory carpet that was soiled by our terminally ill senior dog. We hire Naturell Carpet to clean as best as they can and didn't really expect much. They did an amazing job! We can hardly see the soiled spots. A couple of months later, we needed to clean our carpet again because a puppy we were fostering decided our bedroom carpet was her favorite spot to pee.
