He wasn't the cheapest, but his quote was very reasonable. I also really loved that they removed my patio items for me. I didn't have to worry about rushing around in the morning moving everything off of my patio. That was a big help to me and worth paying the bit extra for. I wish I had taken a before photo because the place was a hot mess, as you can see from the after photo it looks as good as new. Just be aware if your deck is a bit older the power washing will take up a bit of paint here and there that was already on it's way out. It's also amazing how much of my patio was being held together by dirt and not actual grout. Would definitely call them to power wash my patio/deck again next year and would hire them to do the house if it needs it down the line.
