DO NOT go to Elite Cleaners on Pershing! I took my daughter's dress there to get it ironed and steamed to get the wrinkles out on 7/29. The lady told me it should be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. Called both days and it wasn't ready. Was ready on Friday. Went to pick it up. It was half way in the bag and half way out so I couldn't inspect it fully there. Paid almost $80 for the service as it is a big puffy dress. The dress is brand new. We took it out to car and noticed it was ripped on the tulle. I became upset and I immediately took a photo of it and went back in to tell them. The only lady that I have spoken to the whole time and seems to be the only one there is named Kathy. She asked me what I meant when I said it is ripped. I told her about the gash in the tulle and asked if she could come out and look at it. She asked me if it wasn't already ripped. I said, "no, it's brand new!" She said she was the only one there and that wouldn't be her. She didn't seem to care. I showed her the picture I took of the rip. I said well I need it fixed. She said she could take my infomation down. I asked if a manager could call me and she said, "you want my manager to call you?" At this point I am beyond annoyed. Because she could care less. I brought the dress home to inspect it fully and the entire back is still wrinkled completely. I tried looking them up on FB and found an e-mail. I sent them an e-mail with the photos and explantion of what happend. I asked for a refund. I waited all weekend and no call. Called this morning at 8:34 am and was told the manager would be in at 11am. Did not recieve a call. I called today again at 3:37 pm and Kathy answered. I asked for the manager again and they said they are not in. I asked if she gave my message to their manager and she only said she put it on the wall. She also lied saying that the manager called me. Which she did not because I have to record of it. They do not care at all about the customer and making things right! I will be disputing the charge with my bank as they did not provide the service that I paid for and also ripped the dress. read more

Wonderful and reliable service! I have a garment of my mother's that is very special to me. Unfortunately, a mouse found its way into it and had created a nest. What a mess! Elite Cleaners got it looking as good as new again. I had some other specialty work I needed done as well, and Tonya was amazing at figuring out what I needed, and despite my requests being a bit out of the ordinary, she stepped up and delivered with flying colors! I expected to pay a lot more for all of the work they'd done, but their pricing was very reasonable as well. read more

CANNOT recommend. I had some items that needed dry cleaned and a couple pair of jeans that needed hemmed. It took them a week to dry clean my items and I was charged $14 for one dress because they said it was a "formal dress" - it was literally a short, sleeveless sun dress made of polyester without any layers, no embellishments, etc. They also quoted me 2 weeks on the jeans but it ended up taking over 3 weeks and they were done horribly. I asked for 30" inseams and they came back at 31". They didn't even match the thread color of the jeans and the space between the stitch and bottom of the hem was almost an 1"! It looked ridiculous - they ruined two pairs of designer jeans. A gentleman that works inside is very friendly, but don't catch the woman because she is straight rude. She was even rude to me on the phone when I called to check on my jeans. My mom takes things in to get dry cleaned and they have "lost" her order twice now - thank goodness they eventually found them. I will add photos of the hem job.... read more

Cordial, professional, down right friendly folks. I was saddened to see that the "poor performance" reviews on this site since they date back to the previous years 2015, 2016, 2019 etc and not current 2020/2021 folks! I tried other places in Cheyenne as my hubby is a short and tie guy for work. Everything I have dropped off is done and ready as promised. I had one shirt with a stain and they put a little note on it that it was the best they could do and you could - barely see the stain!! I do believe the pricing is fair and also believe you get what you pay for. Tried a few lower-cost places and got a lower-cost job so I choose to be a regular at Elite Cleaners. I went in today to get quotes for military uniforms that I need to get patches sewn on, and the lady that the counter guy went to get was VERY rude and put off that I showed up. Killed any business from the US Navy right there. read more

We dropped off a blanket to be cleaned 3 weeks ago. Still not ready. So we figured - OK - we'll just take it back and take it to a different cleaner. Not so fast! They want TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS "ransom" to take back our own blanket. No promise when it will be ready - maybe another week. Never use them again. read more

Everything I have taken to Elite Cleaners has been done in a timely manner and my alterations were perfect!

This place is great! I walked in one day looking to have some pants tailored. Kris the seamstress said it would take about 3 weeks to do them. I knew it would be cutting it close since I needed them tailored right away for a wedding. Instead..it only took her week to finish. This place is awful! The reason why I write this is because the lady who actually does the alterations was horrible to me. I came in with some pants that I wanted altered, and the lady already seemed pissed off. She spoke to me in such a rude tone, and made me feel like I was a terrible person for bringing in my business. I told her what I wanted done, and she was like "Fine, I guess I'll do it." But then I told her the day that I would like them done by, and told her if it was too soon, l completely understood that she was busy. And at this moment, she flipped out on me. She said, "Are you kidding me! I'm just about to get my days work done today, and now you want me to do this?!" Flustered, I replied, "I'm so sorry..." Then she asked in such a rude tone, "How long have you known that you needed this done?" And I replied, "Just a couple days ago. That was the first time I've ever worn them." She glared at me then said, "Fine, go put them on, and I'll see if I can get to them." She turned and left me there. So overwhelmed, and flustered, I just left the store. I was so confused how a lady could treat her customers so poorly. I do not recommend this place AT ALL! Over two weeks to launder 5 shirts and dry clean one pair of pants seems a long time. Don't you think? We showed up three times to pick up our items, based on information from the store owner and others to no avail. Complained to the store manager and it took another several days. Always ask for expedited handling and you might get your clothes back in one week. Everywhere else in the U.S. I have lived my clothes would be ready in no more than three days. Great place to start a more efficient dry cleaning business. Maybe competition will spark better service. read more
