When I told him why I had to take carpet up due to a big HVAC condensate leak, he said he would think about it while he was working on the carpet. The owner called and ask if he could come earlier but did not show up at his requested time and didn't offer an explanation as to why he didn't. When I called to make an appointment, we did get one promptly (but found out it was only because he was already working in this area). My husband and I are Senior Citizens but we had moved EVERYTHING (with the exception of the large furniture) out of the room ahead of time. But, Mr. Woodward informed me he doesn't move furniture when he cleans - he just cleans around it. I will say the small amount of carpet he cleaned looks very nice but it was very pricey. Seven hours after our carpet was cleaned - it still wasn't dry. This definitely posed a problem as we do not have a separate Family Room. Overall, we expected better service for the price we paid.
