The pick up driver was much more knowledgeable but filthy van and she couldn't get the ramp down to get me out of van. I was stuck in the van for close to an hour until a man came and got the ramp down. The driver was very apologetic but the owner/manager never apologized for me being locked in van. I should get a refund from this disastrous situation. They had 5 star rating on google. Obviously that was rigged. Do not use Medtransit. It's disastrous!

I'm a reasonable  person,  so I  chose to  patronize  them  again. We all have a bad day sometimes. They were  late again,  not  as much  this  time.  I gave  myself  more  cushion time. This time,  the  driver  left the  restraints  in the  floor.  Making it somewhat  difficult to drive  my wheelchair  over  them. I started to  through my  hands  in the  air. She quickly made the arrangements and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small additional fee due to the same day request but it was minimal and I was grateful they could accom odate us with such short notice. Horrible company without any regards for the people they are supposed to be serving. not only they…read moredo not show up to pick you for your appointments, they lied to my insurance provider and told them they had shown up for my ride and I didn't open the door. I sat in front of the window waiting and watching for their arrival, they didn't show up again, this will be the third time I had to reschedule this one appointment. no one called me, they said they did. This has happened so many times is ridiculous. Out of the two times they pocked me up, during one visit they called me while I was with the doctor and told me I had to be outside in 15 minutes or they would have to leave. On another appointment, the actually left me stranded at my appointment, they just didn't show. Anthony who is the guy I have spoken with is very rude on the phone and a lier, when I call he always tells me my ride is on it's way or he puts me on hold and never comes back on the line. When I call back he just doesn't answer the phone. I not sure if all of the PRIORITY ONE office are the same but this one should not be allowed to continue treating people this way. I hope one day one of them has a loved one in need of this service so that they can see how hard is for us who rely on their services which we Rely upon.
