MidSouth Construction installed a roof at our home in early 2025. In the 16 months since…read moreinstallation, we have experienced three separate leaks in three different areas of the house. They addressed two exterior leaks only after repeated pushing on our part. They completed one interior damage repair, but a second interior repair that MidSouth was responsible for was never scheduled despite our repeated requests. Since May 2025, we attempted to escalate to management at least three times. We were never provided contact information by either the project manager or the receptionist, and when we finally reached the office directly, we were told the Operations Manager would not speak with us. Management did not engage with us until July 2026, and only after we sent a formal written complaint. When they finally responded, their emails contained factual inaccuracies, including attributing statements to us that were never made and characterizing repair work as "courtesy visits in an effort to assist." Regardless of MidSouth's position on warranty coverage, the quality of customer service alone warrants this review. At no point in over a year did MidSouth proactively contact us with updates or solutions. Every step forward required us to initiate, often repeatedly.

The result is beautiful. Multiple people have commented that my house looks "new," and it really does. To receive quality service that surpasses expectations is so rare these days -- Bridger may be that unicorn. I highly recommend John, Max, Freddy, and the entire team. The crew was incredibly hard working. I was continuously impressed not only by that but the positive attitudes and getting it done with a smile.

My experience with Bridger Designs was bad. It was a big job, so maybe they weren't equipped for…read moreit. They cut every corner they could. The job could have been completed in 2weeks--took 4weeks--but they had to come back repeatedly to fix their mistakes. They replaced 5"trim with 4"trim, so had to come back and put back in new 5" trim. The siding they used was shorter than the existing siding , so had to add trim on the bottom to cover the gap, etc, etc., etc. They made no effort to protect the plants around the house. Plants were broken, stomped out of existence, and overspray covers my rhododendron and laurels. I provided them with an itemized listing of all the plants destroyed (didn't include those oversprayed bc hope they'll be okay eventually) and gave them a choice to replace or deduct their cost from the total job. This winter I noticed in the garage/shed that there were huge gaps between the boards where they replaced rotten boards. If I could upload pictures, I could show this, along with the poor wood boards they used to replace those they removed. There is a 1/2" space between two boards. I texted Bridger Designs and asked them to replace the poor boards with good boards big enough so there wouldn't be gaps, but they refused and sent me the name of their lawyers. It was a poor experience all the way around. Every day I'd have to bring mistakes to their attention. The owner and manager weren't around. And, only one of the workers seemed to understand English. They kept having to do things over!! Why they didn't try to do it right the first time makes no sense except to save money on materials. And still, I'm left with a shed /garage that now needs serious repair--even the paint appears to be buckling where they made their patches. I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have not responded.

The builder did bad job putting in no support to hold slab up?? Why?? Then Les Cope reshape our gravel driveway and brought in 90 tons of different kinds of gravel, packed it down and it's so amazing. Solved our draining issue of water standing in yard because if the driveway too. Highly recommend and very fair pricing! Guys we're so nice and explained all to my husband on what they were doing.
