Laid down recycled black top (until 10pm) that has since (3 months time) washed away in the back side of our driveway by the garage just from rain water. Tried being polite on the phone asking him to come take a look to understand how I feel and what I'm talking about and he went straight to talking about court and suing. After a little more research online, others have sadly gone through the same experience. It's a shame people live their whole life scamming people. Glad it only cost me $1400 for the crap work instead of the $2500 he originally was asking for. Next time I'll buy the $500 load of gravel and have it last longer.
