I was very pleased with the job that was done, but felt that the cost was exorbitant. For that kind of money I would've expected my engine to be steam cleaned as well. I couldn't justify doing this again. I would either do it myself or find somebody that's more in my price range. I needed a very thorough cleaning to get ready for our upcoming baby so I went on yelp to look for a car detailing service. Out of all the service providers in my area, Willy from Elite Custom Detailing was the first to respond by a long shot. He answered all my questions in a direct manner so we could get to business right away. We agreed on the price and time and it was set. During the waiting period until our appointment Willy was available for answers to follow up questions and also sent me a reminder the day before and the day of confirming our appointment. On the day of, Willy and his team arrived on time and brought everything they needed. They were professional and friendly which was easy for me because all I needed to do was hang out while they worked on my car. The final product was amazing. I put off getting a car wash for a year. I had water stains in my car and a lot of dog hair in the interior and after the cleaning it was all gone. Things looked almost brand new. My wheels and my exterior in general were nice and shiny. I was referred to Willy by my window tint guy. He highly recommended Elite Custom Detailing for a mobile car wash who would do a good job washing my new Ford Bronco Sport. The Ford dealership actually was the first car wash I had (they washed it w/out my consent lol), and they used terrible towels and caused tiny scratches all over it. Willy uses much more quality supplies. Great communication via text. Great pricing for my mid-sized SUV. Very detailed oriented and makes my Bronco look beautiful. Also, someone keyed the back of my Bronco the second month I had it. Willy was able to buff it out for me and it's completely un-noticeable now. He did this for me at no extra charge as he said it was fairly easy and the scratches were not too deep. So happy I found Elite Custom Detailing. If I could give six or seven stars to Willy and Chuck of Elite Custom Detailing.... I would definitely do it! These guys took a 2008 BMW 528i which I inherited from my grandson and which had not been really cleaned or waxed for, probably years & turn the car into almost new looking again. Elite really knows how to bring the shine back on a dark blue metallic color, which I thought was possibly a lost cause. They worked very hard to get the best results that they were able to get, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the final result. Willie knows the tricks how to bring the color back on an older car and getting the leather upholstery to look alive again. I am really happy for the job that they did & worked so hard on. If you want your car to look like it did when you remembered at one time previously, call these guys!
