It is always such a pleasure to visit my dentist office. The gentleman in the front desk is amazing. Everyone in this office is wonderful, from the hygienist to the Oral surgeon assistant. Dr. Hennessy is so polite and knows his business, I have 3 implants done by him and felt nothing. Dr. Castro Jr. explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand and is always willing to answer every question you have. i have been coming to this dental office for years, and will not stop. This place really takes the fear away about going to the dentist, especially after years of not going. The dentist and his staff were really kind and understanding. I've never been to a place like this that actually cared about how nervous I was. It was obvious that my teeth needed a lot of help, but rather than make me feel bad about that, they walked me through all my options. I was in and out in about an hour and was able to make an appointment for the very next day in order to start this long process. I have been going to Dr. Castro Sr. for over 20 years. Not only is he amazing but they do wonderful work. And always pain free. But most recently took my mom to be treated. Dr. Castro Jr. did an extraction and soon will be doing implants. It is amazing to see how is an even better version of dentist. Its great to see good work continuing from one generation to another. There is nothing positive for me to say about this place. I mean, the prices are horrible, the wait time is unreasonable, the front staff is too busy talking about what they did last weekend.... the list goes on. If the doctor is not ready by the time of the appointment the staff should at least check in on the patients waiting. I am very upset that I wasted my day there on 7/30/15. I was paying cash for the entire procedure. Gave $8,000.00 upfront for upper 3 post. However, Michael Hennessy from East Boca Dental came to Elite, installed the posts and did not place the abutment. So my gums closed completely covering the posts. I spoke to Michael, implored to correct and he became extremely upset, rude and refused to complete the work. It appeares that his business relationship with Elite ended. In addition, I had bottom three teeth pulled for implants, made me pay cash for the extractions and they billed my Insurance company, which also paid them. I went to the owner's daughter and asked for my reimbursement she insisted it was a wash. No. They got paid twice- by me and the insurance company. Only when my Insurance company called them they agreed to issue a refund. I returned to get my refund and they refused again. The wife stated she had no knowledge of a refund and asked me to explain to her why a refund. I explained and because I won't leave she called her husband, who took me into a small office, locked the door and insulted me, as if I wasn't a human being. I reminded him of my $8,000.00 that I easily gave him and he happily took. When I came out to the lobby, he asked the wife to give me the refund and angrily, gave me the refund and told me : "Don't ever comeback. " so, I didn't. Elite doesn't do implants- don't be fooled ; it's Michael Hennessy, who comes from his practice to Elite to do implants supposedly once a week as business deal. It appears their relationship ended and that is the reason Michael refused to correct. read more

The staff and doctors here do not value the time of their patients. You will wait over an hour of your scheduled appointment to see a doctor. This is an everyday business practise of theirs. They love to schedule people very early. I just left my third visit to this doctor after sitting patiently waiting for over 90 minutes in their lobby. When I asked how much longer I was told it would be another 25 minutes. This is unacceptable. If I'm the one who breaks my appointment I get charged, but who pays me for my time after they broke the appointment? Mabel F and her b friend are friends of the staff. I was there to witness her writing the review. Which is actually what gave me the idea to write an honest one. So unless you're friends with the staff, don't go unless you want to waste your time waiting. Unprofessional service. I will be finding a new dentist office for my family. Great team serving my dental needs and my teeth are sparkling clean when done with service!

So, I went for my first appointment yesterday, 11/06/2018. You would think since I was a new patient they would try to at least take me in somewhere close to my appointment time. My appointment was at 10:15 in the morning, in which i arrived by 9:45am, and I didn't get taken into a room until 11:45. After taking some images and being seen by the doctor, fast forward about an hour later, I have to wait about another 15 minutes for the coordinator to let me know that they can't do my cleaning the same day because they don't have anyone available. I sat down with her and she gave me a plan detailing the work that needs to be done, prices, and scheduled an appointment for the following day, 11/07/2019. Curious to know, because I'm taking time off of work, I asked her how long the cleaning would take -- including waiting time. I didn't take the lady's name, but she assured me that it would be quicker than my first appointment because I was going specifically for a cleaning and they would have the room ready for me, and would be walked in as soon as I arrived. Fast forward the next day, today 11/07/2018. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I arrive promptly at 12 PM thinking I was gonna be in and out. Literally 12:30 PM struck the clock and I walked out of the office. Worse experience at a dental office. Now you've lost two patients, since my husband and I will not be returning here again for the unprofessionalism this office has. read more

I'm awe because of the service provided by this office. They had a sense of urgency to my situation. I need to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I got everything resolved in a matter of two days. First of all I called and got to see the doctor right away. In addition I was able to schedule the extraction the next day. Cindy was able to get me financing right away and she was very helpful. The staff in general was awesome. Now for the oral surgeon he was absolutely amazing. He entertained me during the whole process. He guided me about what I was gonna feel. He was communicative and funny. I am never going anywhere else for my dental needs. read more
