After initial inquiries with multiple auto detailing businesses in the DFW, I selected Wilson for his product knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and effective communication. The location of his business (shared with MMotorWorx in Addison) is easy to get to and in a very clean/safe neighborhood. After discussing the ceramic coating process, I selected the Ethos Max Graphene product, which comes with a 7 year warranty. Throughout the 1 day+ process, Wilson kept me informed periodically which helped as I needed to eventually get a ride back to his work location. Upon picking up the car, the results were phenomenal, both inside and out. I look forward to washing the car for the first time to see how easy the dirt just comes off with minimal effort. I would highly recommend Dallas Detailing & Buffing....reach out to Wilson and he will take care of you. (I'm familiar with ceramic coating as I had one of my cars in CA done with the Ceramic Pro product. (yes, there is BUT) I have to give him 1 star because he damaged SUV when he was sanding he front headlight. Detailing... I will be honest with you, I couldn't see the difference. I thought he said he will shampooing interior but looks like all he did was using some cleaner, scrubbed it. Seats & carpet, it looked same too me. Even clothe seats, he didn't take any marks out. When i asked him about it, he said he couldn't get it out. I spent $180 for detail & front light restoration. It wasn't worth my money top of that it will cost more money to repair the damage he caused to SUV. He said he has been doing this for many years & I just couldn't believe all the scratches he did with his sandpaper on the paint! He said he will give $65 back since I am not happy but what about the scraches he did to the paint??? Good thing I took some photos before & after. I am going to think about filing a claim through the auto insurance & they can subrogate to Ultra Shine auto detail. Question is... Does he have liability insurance?? *the next day, I was folding the back seats & saw all the grass & dirts between the seat. He didn't clean like he said he would & he just clean where your eyes can see. It is sad to even call this "DETAIL". OMG... I want my money back!

We opted for the premium detail package and Lam was able to get out every hard stain that we had in the car and seats and made it feel like brand new. Not only did he deep clean the interior to make it look like it came off the lot, but he also did a detailed clean on the exterior and finished it off with a clay bar treatment which was very much needed.
