I have an electric tire pump but my cigarette lighter doesn't work on my 20 year old Kia. We plugged it into Jason's car and pumped up my spare. I even went to Walmart to get a different size tire iron, again, no fit. Finally, we called Busy Bee and our call was answered promptly. The person was honest enough to tell us that it might take an hour to an hour and a half before someone can get to us. Which was fine, but we got a call from an older gentleman sooner to let us know that he will be meeting us in about 35-40 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and conversant while he was changing my daughter's tire and had the tools to take the lug nuts off. In addition, he patched my daughter's tire as well! Saved us a lot of money by not having to buy 4 new tires for an all wheel drive car. I will have to call them and find out the gentleman's name because we are definitely using them again and would prefer the same gentleman to provide the service.
