Great customer service! They contacted me within 12 hours after I inquired via Yelp the night before. I could get an appointment on Monday following my inquiry via Yelp on the Friday night before. They were short handed on my appointment day but they took my SUV for alignment immediately after I checked in. The "manager" told me they were short handed but he will be doing my alignment as well as checking customers in and out. Called over the phone yesterday to get a quote & see if they had our tires in stock. (it took a while to get thru because apparently there's only one call center for all locations including oahu, just need to have a little patience) Sure enough, they did & we were able to get an appointment within a couple hours of calling. We needed to get our two front tires changed & they made that happen in about 35/40 mins (not including waiting for people ahead of you). These gentlemen were amazing! From the first inquiry on yelp they were very kind and quick to respond. They got me in within a couple days and even though I was a few minutes late, they were super nice and understood. I asked for an additional service but because it was something I did not need Alan explained the reasons why and put my mind at ease. They could have just said ok lady and charged me for something unnecessary, but they did not. I don't know a bunch about vehicles so that meant a lot that they did not take advantage of my ignorance. The service was done quickly, professionally and for the price they told me during our initial interaction...I was expecting some sort of additional fees due to my experiences elsewhere.
