Certain classes listed in the website are not always offered, such as Self defense. Finally, through no fault of her own, my daughter's membership was cancelled when I requested a written list of the sparring equipment required for the sparring class. A new item was required pet insurance guidelines, and as my daughter had ADHD, I wanted her to see the list of items required to participate. Many students forget their equipment and some do not have all of the equipment. It is important to understand how important this is in contact sports. In less than a day of this request we were expelled and refunded the remainder of our 6month tuition. Businesses absolutely have the right to refuse services to anyone. I am absolutely shocked that a business owner, teacher, martial arts instructor, would expel someone for asking for safety standards.
