Arik & Eddie are amazing! I am so lucky to have found them on Yelp. They took such great care of my car and I. They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. My partner told me about LA Mobile Detailing - Arik and Eddie did a great job on her car a couple of years ago. With so many options out there, it's good to go with the business that has a thumbs-up from someone you trust. From the get go, Arik was very accommodating and communicative. They arrived on time and when they did, Arik explained everything that him and his brother were going to do before actually doing anything. The job took about 45 min. Once done, they showed me what they did to the interior and I was really happy with the outcome. This car used to be my older sister's car, who has 2 little kids. There were tons of crumbs, stains, and so much mess pretty much everywhere. I'm glad that Arik and Eddie were able to restore my car and make it feel brand new again. I didn't know where to start with a mobile detailing service. Created a project. And LA Mobile Detailing was the winner for a number of reasons. It started with an actual reply... not a cut and paste reach out with a list of information that added to my confusion. They were honest, even about services others offered explaining why some of those options could damage your car and why they didn't offer them. They worked with me on the price when I explained by vehicle type and need. Others sent a "price is on the website" response and the packages either felt not enough or too much. Their response was timely and explanations were given when I had questions (some it felt like they couldnt be bothered to answer what I was confused about). They were not the cheapest... because some of the cheaper options I was concerned on care of the car and quality of products being used... but they were not the most expensive and as I said, gave me a quote on my needs. When it came time to the day of service, they showed up early. They were done in less than an hour. They buffed out some scratches I thought couldn't come out, not because I asked, but because they took pride in their work. This detail was a birthday gift for my husband and he came home when Arik and his brother were finishing the vehicle. Husband was floored with how good his car looked. It was covered in dust, had paint transfer marks on the side, and spiderwebs (And as Arik discovered, spiders) inside. I'll be honest, I was a bit sceptic getting full detail car wash on my Honda Civic si 2017 since it did look good and it wasn't that dirty, but I was hoping may be with full detail wash I could get a better look.
