They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! With so many options out there, it's good to go with the business that has a thumbs-up from someone you trust. From the get go, Arik was very accommodating and communicative. They arrived on time and when they did, Arik explained everything that him and his brother were going to do before actually doing anything. The job took about 45 min. Once done, they showed me what they did to the interior and I was really happy with the outcome. This car used to be my older sister's car, who has 2 little kids. I didn't know where to start with a mobile detailing service. Created a project. And LA Mobile Detailing was the winner for a number of reasons. It started with an actual reply... not a cut and paste reach out with a list of information that added to my confusion. They were honest, even about services others offered explaining why some of those options could damage your car and why they didn't offer them. They worked with me on the price when I explained by vehicle type and need. Others sent a "price is on the website" response and the packages either felt not enough or too much. Their response was timely and explanations were given when I had questions (some it felt like they couldnt be bothered to answer what I was confused about). They were not the cheapest... because some of the cheaper options I was concerned on care of the car and quality of products being used... but they were not the most expensive and as I said, gave me a quote on my needs. When it came time to the day of service, they showed up early. They were done in less than an hour. They buffed out some scratches I thought couldn't come out, not because I asked, but because they took pride in their work. This detail was a birthday gift for my husband and he came home when Arik and his brother were finishing the vehicle. Husband was floored with how good his car looked. I was too busy to get my car cleaned that the water stains from my sprinkler became too hard to come off. Regular car wash didn't help at all. It was covered in dust, had paint transfer marks on the side, and spiderwebs (And as Arik discovered, spiders) inside.
