CAR DAMAGE, STAY AWAY! I had an absolutely horrific experience at this express car wash. As I went through, the wash was unbelievably rough. I watched as the mirror was twisted to the opposite side, the car was scratched, and the gas cap was completely broken. When I approached the owner or supervisor, he just brushed me off, said it wasn't his problem, and pointed to a tiny sign claiming no liability. This is a quick, easy way to get my car washed during the work week. It's affordable and in my opinion definitely worth the $12!

I love this car wash... I love that they have someone spray/wipe your car down before you go through the wash, and help guide your car through the wash. They have free vacuums for people who go through the wash. They also sell microfiber towels. I take some with me, but it's nice option that they have that available. I got the monthly pass, and I like that it's not on auto renew. When the time is up (30 days, or 12 washes, whichever comes first), I'll have the option to renew or cancel. Also, as far as a drive thru car wash, I'm very pleased with the quality of the wash. I've gone through some, and immediately wanted to drive thru again, because it looked like it hadn't even been washed. But, I'm always happy with the results here. I have been going to this automated car wash since when I bought my first car! They are one of the best in the valley. Prices are reasonable and the vacuums are mostly functional with strong suction. Well, not always! There are ups and downs, good days and bad days, but mostly things go smoothly. There are always attendants around who wash the back of your car with a brush before you fully go in. This car wash is great for a quick wash. It is a drive through wash for less than $20. There is no hand washers but there is an attendant who will help line up your car and spray your car down. Then you drive through and let the the machine wash your car. It takes about 10 mins. Then, you can also vacuum your car for an additional charge. It's a great auto car wash especially when you don't have time for a full service hand car wash. The car gets very clean on the outside and I never noticed any scratches or issues. read more

I gave this spot 2 stars only because of the "Price" and the "Hard Work" that some of the employees put in pressure washing and scrubbing the cars before they enter the carwash. That's about all I can do, honestly. The vacuums aren't powerful at all. The brushes on the inside of the carwash don't work half the time. I went in last week, and the brushes wasn't even working. Your car is just going through the carwash with dead hanging brushes lol. The water wasn't working on some of the rinse cycles. It was just kind of funny. That's all you can do sometimes is laugh. The manager Dimas, and other employees have posted 5-star reviews on here for their business helping to boost their overall rating, or have written reviews that can be found amongst the hidden reviews Yelp chose not include in the business' overall rating. One employee (I have come across this employee while previously getting my vehicle washed) recently suggested to tip the employees in his 5-star review for the business. This is the only 5-star review he's posted, with all his reviews for other businesses being 1-star reviews. You can also see, at least as of today that Dimas and other employees unfortunately submit "funny" votes on a consistent basis for people posting on their negative experiences with the business, even people posting valid damage with photos as proof of the damage they've incurred from this business. Incredibly tacky, tasteless, and immoral that a business has its employees participating in the above atrocious behavior, and especially rubbing it in patrons' faces that they've incurred these terrible experiences and even expensive damage to their vehicles, because of the business. WORST CAR WASH EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. Drove my BMW X3 through this wash and it completely opened up and ripped off my gas tank door, it flew off inside and dented my car in the process. The door no longer works or stays shut on its own. I had to ask one of the workers for some tape to keep it closed. Pictures were taken and time stamped. No management available to talk with. I was told to leave my name and I would be contacted by the manager that day. Have not heard back from anyone. I have called 15+ times with voicemails left. OVER $800 IN DAMAGE. Went here several times. Nice car wash, good vacuums, attentive staff, and good food inside. It was great... While I lived there. They continue to charge my card months 4 months after requesting the cancelation of my membership due to moving. It was a solid service, but they refuse to stop charging me. Now I am having to go through my CC company to dispute charges... Currently, they have charged me over $100, and including the temporary credits from the CC company they still owe me $59.97. I just got an email from the CC company 2 months after disputing the first of the unauthorized charges, letting me know they decided to credit me for one and not for the other since the merchant supplied them with evidence that the transaction was legitimate. So knowing that I canceled and that I moved away and therefore have not even had the opportunity to utilize the membership if I wanted to, they're actively telling the credit card company, no, we think this is legit, and THEY ARE CONTINUING TO CHARGE ME EVEN TO THIS DAY! read more

If you asked me a month ago, I would say this place is 3.5-4 stars. Cheap car wash, great for those probably in the Livery/ Uber/ Car Service business. I've been going there for about 2 years as an Express monthly member. $25 bucks, I go there once a week. $25 bucks is worth it. I drive an older black car that shows tons of dirt, so it was a great deal. But they just got the new sign today and their prices have SKYROCKETED. What was $25 will now be $39/month. Maybe they had some consultant come in and determine that their model was not viable, but a 56% increase for the same service is crazy. For that kind of money, I'll just go get a hand wash a couple times a month. Then they will also wipe down the interior and vacuum it for me too! My car need a wash, desperately. Hate using drive through washes as the brushes tend to be harsh and over time the paint can fade. However, as the nearby manual washes were all parked (idk if it was because of the Mother's Day holiday?) I decided to go to this one. Made the right call. The mornings are a dollar off the prices. I got the works, and there's a guy that helps guide your vehicle to the conveyer belt. Very nice man, and very helpful with whatever you need. Decent drive-thru car wash. Basic wash is $8 and the step up is $13. I went with the $13 one and though this place is far better than other drive-thru car washes I have tried, I probably would have gotten the same wash from the $8 one. He power washes the car before and I feel that makes a huge difference compared to all the other automatic car washes. It was a slightly longer wash and dry than other ones I have used. I feel like it did a better job. It's not better than having time to do a full detail but as far as quick exterior clean. It can't be beat. Quick and easy place to get your carwash. I got the $6 express wash. My car was super dirty and was in dire need of just a quick soap and rinse. I came here for the first time too because it was right off the freeway. Once you get there, you pay at the self pay station and proceed right in. The station was very self explanatory. There was no wait for me which was a plus. You enter and a guy there will give your car a quick rinse and soap scrub as pretreatment. Then you enter the conveyer belt. There are clear instructions right before you enter that tells you to put your car in neutral, feet of the brakes, etc. It took a total of 5 minutes to go through. There were also free vacuum areas before going into the wash if you wanted. I opted out since I have a vacuum at home. Overall, not bad for 6 bucks. My car didn't come out squeaky clean and spotless, but honestly, I wasn't expecting an immaculate job. There are a few spots where obviously I needed to get a hand wash if I wanted to see those spots disappear. For 6 dollars, you really can't beat this place. I'll definitely be coming back the next time my car needs a quick treatment. If you want your car coming out in pristine condition, go to a hand wash place! TL;DR: - Recommend? Yes! - Service? I had some tree sap all over my car and couldn't get it off, and he gave me some special cleanser to use and it came right off. This place is awesome. It's fast too. I don't know where to begin. When I discovered this car wash I was very exited about having low monthly membership, unlimited washes, early-hour excess. What more can you ask for a limo biz to keep the fleet clean. Then, out of blue prices went up, almost double. I expected better service, better wash but was extremely disappointed to find out that nothing have changed. One day, I came over during business hours and found car wash being closed. No sign, no attendant. When I went inside, angry employee shouted at me that we are closed for repairs without estimated time. I suggested to him to at least put the sign before the entrance explaining why they are closed. The response sounder like F.Y. After that, there was always something wrong... brushes was rubbing the car without soap, rain coat and tire shine wasn't working, rainbows coat neither. But I'm paying for it $48 a month! Just yesterday, after the guy hosed my car, wash broke down. Instead of giving me some kind of a wash they kicked me out, leaving my car looking like crap. I was thrown a ticket for a future use. I need to go to work in a clean car! I don't give a crap about your ticket! I ended up paying at another wash to get my car cleaned.
