I got my car back after about an hour, and immediately noticed dirt, leaves, crumbs, and dust still all over the interior. There were visible spots on the seats, the screens were not cleaned (still covered in fingerprints and dust), and there was even dirt on the back of my seat. The owner came over and told an employee to pull my car back to be cleaned again. After another 10 minutes, I checked the car and saw that the dashboard was still covered in dust and the screens were still dirty. When the owner came back, I politely asked what was included in the deluxe package. He responded by saying they don't actually clean the interior, they just wipe it down. I pointed out that nothing appeared to have been wiped, since there was still debris on the seats and dust everywhere. At that point, the owner became very aggressive. He started yelling and mentioned having heart problems, then said, "So do you want your money back?" I told him "No, I just wanted clarification on what the deluxe package included, because if I had known the results would be like this, I would have cleaned it myself." He continued bringing up his medical issues and said they were very busy, which is why the service was poor. For reference, I tipped 20% and paid full price. I also did not receive the air freshener that was supposed to be included. They also charge an additional $5 for SUVs, but they didn't clean the third row or the trunk at all. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. The car was still visibly dirty, and the owner was disrespectful and combative even when the issues were clearly pointed out. Today was the last straw. Every single time I come here, I tell the staff the same thing: please make sure the compressed air dries the vehicle completely before I leave. Yet every single visit, as soon as I drive away, water starts dripping from the side mirrors, door sills, and other crevices. I end up having to dry the car myself at home, and that's when I notice everything else that was missed. The windows are streaky, there are water spots and stains left on the paint, dust is still on the vehicle, and the overall attention to detail is lacking. Today I asked why the rubber floor mats hadn't been wiped down. I was told, "We only vacuum them." The problem is, they hadn't even done that. The mats were still dirty. I finally told the manager, "I'm never coming back here." I've been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money here over the years. It took me less than a minute to wipe down the rubber mats myself, but much longer to correct the rest of the poor workmanship. When I pay for a professional car wash, I shouldn't have to finish the job at home. And please don't offer me another free car wash card. A free wash isn't much of a solution when the quality of the wash itself is consistently disappointing. Been coming here a few times and they usually do me right and it's those past times that get the 3…read morestars. It's always a bit of wait which is to be expected since it is hand wash. I paid $99 to get the tire wash and something extra with the interior can't remember exact details but it's my usual. Have had 2 dried flowers and a fake Lego one behind my steering wheel completely out of the way of the rest of my interior. All the times I've gone before they've left them alone and again not hard to do since it's pretty separate from rest of the car. Didn't even think much of it when it was finally over cause I figured common sense? Nope. One flower was completely destroyed, part of the toy was broken, the toy and other flower were just shoved into the side of my door. And I get it mistakes happen but what's worse is that there was a bunch crushed petals and stem covering the carpet under my passenger seat which is fucking annoying to clean up from carpet. Dude didn't even bother to vacuum it up or say anything. It's one thing to make a mistake but like just have the balls to say it or AT LEAST clean it up. I'm out $99 (+ tip) and will have to try to clean it up with my hands cause I don't have a vacuum at home and I'm not spending more money at a different car wash after just dropping $100 +, in this economy. I didn't have an issue with the price before because the results were worth it, but this experience put me off this place. Very disappointing , was usually a good spot but ig hit or miss on the day.
