Everyone was wonderful but Mike stood out. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and managed to get us slotted in on the schedule. They were also perfectionists which my neurotic heart appreciated - the two of them literally went over every inch of the install at the end and swapped out any slats that didn't pass their quality check. They even redid a tricky corner four times to make sure I was satisfied. Mike came by every day to check on everything and discuss all steps with me. We had some issues with the gates and the locks/handles I had already purchased and Mike had his welder fabricate custom pieces to make sure the gates worked and looked nice.
